Hotel Paradise Chakan

Rooms are spacious but old & dirty. Service is poor. Location if you have Business to do or want to stay close to MIDC Chakan it is excellent location. Otherwise don't go there. Food was OK, more than OK..Breakfast was Good

1.Lazy staff 2.Food items which you may ordered most of the time it's not available and staff not bother to inform the same to you unless you ask them

The worst service they have provided. Items is available in menu card, but they denied.. They arrenge our sitting in bar section... Even cool meal served..

It is one of the few premium hotel in Chakan. Nice rooms and gentle ambience, well maintained infrastructure. Staffs are really polite and service provided is really admirable. Breakfast buffet & dinner also tastes very delicious.

Only place to feel like your home with excellent services, clean and comfortable rooms, great location in the industrial park serving delicious food Excellent amenities, prompt and efficient check in and the most value for money property. The hotel owners are also engaged in providing excellant hospitality services to all the guests with a very good friendly nature.

Worst service, we wait 10-15 mints, and no one came to take order

This is the only place to stay if you want to feel a real home. The owner (Mrs. Smita) & staffs (especially receptionist Mr.Ratan) make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit & transportation. They speak very well and their kindness & and food are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. I stayed at 4 hotels in Pune, and this one was our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere.
