Very neat and clean rooms, best for family and corporates also budget friendly. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Food is amazing

The restaurant's food is great and staff are nice, but the hotel rooms need work. It's much more run down than in the photos and there were bed bugs (a previous reviewer identified them as small cockroaches, they are bed bugs). Hot water supply is inconsistent. There are big gaps around the AC units so mosquitoes come inside. Cycle tourists note that while I'd have liked to carry my bicycle to my room it had to be parked outside under a security camera, but at least it was away from the street.

Best property for comfortable stay in heart of the city .. very neat and clean rooms , staff is also cooperative , food quality is best as compare to other nearby hotels . We Strongly recommend Hotel Saitej

Best rooms at best rates. Hotel is old yet rooms are well maintained and very hygenic. One of the best hotels for family and corporates

The hotel is located at a convenient place in a commercial area and is adjacent to the road. The parking is available for 3 cars. The rooms are clean, however pest control needs to be done as small cockroaches are found here and there. The hot water is said to be available in the morning but in some rooms it comes and in some rooms it doesn't come. The attending staff is however helpful but you have to call them by shouting as no bell is provided or is not in working condition. Short trip of one day, it is ok as not many hotels are available in the area and the demand for hotels in the area is not much as less number of visitors come. Considering the locality and the relative importance of the Mahad City, the hotel can be considered good as no better hotels are available in and around the area.
