Worst service in a restaurant. Single staff for the whole restaurant. Food tastes good but service is seriously very slow. Disappointed both times. Need to improve service and add staff.

Prime location, just beside the national highway & savitri river. Opposite of Mahad MIDC. Luxurious rooms & amenities. Electric charging station in front of the hotel. Ample parking space. We stayed here on 16th January 2025.

We were travelling to Mumbai from Goa and this is an excellent property for stopover. Very clean and comfortable rooms/bathrooms. Staff is very polite. Food is good as well. Ample car parking and safe place. Good for family stay.

Had went there for one night before heading to Raigarh trek. People are very friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy, however bed linen had some spots and looked a bit dull in comparison. Bathroom size is good with hot water directly available. Food provided was also excellent and is recommended. We had arrived at hotel at 10.15pm, however they were happy to make dinner as per our order from menu. Standard breakfast is available from 8am. Overall it was a very pleasant stay experience for our short stay.

Rude approach of the hotel owner Mr.Vinod More towards the lady customers. I have done the prepaid booking at Hotel Fountain, Mahad from goibibo and get the confirmation from them too. When I called on hotel to confirm the booking Mr.More said we are not accepting bookings from goibibo. Then he asked me about the booking status prepaid or on site. When I said I already paid to the goibibo he started demanding extra money from me. When I refused he said he will not allow me to stay at his hotel. He also mentioned the paid amount is no refudable. It is very disappointing. But I must appreciate goibibo. They really have good customer support. Mr.Vishal from goibibo took my complaint seriously and help for alternative booking in the same visinity.

Good service! Bus need more equipment for it

One of the best hotel for stay. This hotel is on Mumbai-Goa highway just after passing Mahad. This hotel is huge. It is well maintained and clean. Rooms are big and can easily accommodate 3 people easily. They also do have AC restaurant. Staff is very polite and helpful. 5 on 5 for their service. Ambience is excellent. Food is tasty and have variety.
