Visava Riverside Health resort

Location: Located on the Mumbai Goa Highway, can easily locate from the road. Convenient location is the most attractive thing to this hotel. Ambience: Ambience was very good. Rooms: Rooms are specious with all necessary amenities. Elevator: Elevator was not available. Rooms are on ground floor as well as on first & second floor Restaurant: Restaurant is based on the ground floor with river view. Food: Food was good and served in time. Staff: Staff was very cooperative and helpful Parking: Parking was available. Overall, good option to stay in Mahad.

Nice waterpark is amazing, probably because it's located near the river. The view is beautiful, and the whole place feels refreshing. Great spot for a fun day out

While our visit didn't include an overnight stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Visava Riverside Family Restaurant, nestled within the Visava Riverside Health Resort. Dining with the soothing backdrop of the Savitri River, right on its bank, was a definite plus. The true standout was the remarkable staff and the location. It's right beside the NH-66 highway offering Good locations for travelers on trips. Their genuine humility, warm friendliness, attentiveness to our needs, and cooperative spirit truly elevated our dining experience. Families with young children will appreciate the small playground featuring slides and a merry-go-round, a thoughtful addition. Parking is available in an open area with natural shade from trees, though space is limited to about five cars. A crucial note for fellow travelers: Be sure to look specifically for the Visava Riverside Health Resort, as there are similarly named but separate establishments - Visawa Hotel and Visawa Motel - located across the road. Our positive experience is solely with the restaurant inside the Health Resort.

Very bad experience - We stayed for a night on 1st Jan 25. Our 1 box from luggage went missing after it was off loaded by staff. Food was good..but horrible service. Staff had no clue of how to handle 9 occupied table. Only 2 waiters serving 36 guests. Almost all Guests had a verbal altercation for delayed service. Next day breakfast was another sorry experience.... Very Sorry to see the way it being handled. Gym was the only solaice here. Good gym. Well maintained. Come here to stay only if no other hotels are available as last option never again I shall come here...

Unhygienic is the correct word. Washrooms, bedsheets , pillows and even the restaurant is simply disgusting. Please don't even think of going here. The hotel location is very good but what's the point if you they don't maintain.

The flavors in each dish were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was stunning. The waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The panoramic view of the river was breathtaking, and the gentle sounds of flowing water created a peaceful ambiance. The restroom facilities were spotless and well-stocked.

Service is pathetic. Order is taken as per their choice and denied the items like fresh lime juice and kheema masala stating it will get delay. However what they suggest took 1hr + too.

On our way to Goa, we'd a nice breakfast in their restaurant. Food is good. Hygiene and tasty. Kitchen is open which was a plus point for me. Management could be improved during rush hours. Also restrooms are average so housekeeping must definitely be improved
