Satvik Valley Resort

I had very high expectations from Satvik Valley Resort after seeing their advertisements, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The resort does not live up to the promises they make online. Firstly, the food quality was shockingly poor -- tasteless, stale at times, and definitely not what one would expect from a place that claims to offer a decent experience. To make matters worse, the service was equally terrible. Staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional, and simple requests took an unnecessarily long time to be addressed. The toilets were filthy and unhygienic, which is completely unacceptable for any hospitality business, especially one that charges this much.Adding to the list of disappointments, no chilled drinks were available. Basic amenities were missing, and when asked, the staff had no proper response. Aamras quality was also different and a lot milky. We all friends visited by seeing the reel on instagram but all the information showed in reel was fake and in lunch Non veg didn't have proper pieces only bones were served. The rice was uncooked and Chapati was dry.Overall, Satvik Valley Resort heavily relies on fake advertising. The real condition of the property is nowhere close to what they showcase online. I would strongly advise against visiting this place if you are looking for quality, cleanliness, or even basic standards of hospitality.

Extremely Disappointed - Would Not Recommend I had high expectations for Satvik Valley Resort after reading a few positive reviews, but my experience was terrible from the start. The check-in process was painfully slow, with staff seeming completely disorganized. The room we were given was nothing like the photos - it was dusty, poorly maintained, and smelled musty. Basic amenities like hot water and working Wi-Fi were either unreliable or completely unavailable. The restaurant service was another disaster. We waited almost an hour for simple food, only to be served cold, bland dishes that were nowhere close to the "authentic" flavors they advertise. To make it worse, the staff seemed indifferent when we raised concerns. The surroundings may be peaceful, but Satvik Valley Resort seriously needs to overhaul its management and customer service. For the price we paid, the experience was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing or comfortable stay.

We visited this resort today. Nothing was upto the mark. Food was pathetic, service was very poor. Breakfast was not served on time. We had asked for 3 non-veg thalis and one veg. When we had enquired about their package, they said that unlimited aamras will be served to everyone. But later they said that only veg thali will get unlimited aamras (they even restricted their "UNLIMITED AAMRAS" to 3 small katoris). When we showed them the proof of their own voice recording, they gave us limited aamras with non-veg thali which was of very low quality(I will attach a picture of the aamras. In the photo, The aamras katori in the plate is of veg thali and the other katori was served with non veg thali). The veg thali was tasteless, chicken thali had only 3 small pieces. When we fought about this, they gave us 1 extra piece per thali. Chapati was very dry and rice was not cooked properly. The chicken curry was very spicy. Only the taste of Chicken sukka was good. Along with this their fridge was not working and hence the cold drinks were not at all cold. Toilets were also not clean we had to ask them to clean it. We did not have their hi-tea and left the resort after having lunch because of these issues, but they did not even had the manners and etiquettes to apologise. Overall it was a worst experience and I suggest not to visit this resort.

Location is good. But rooms were dirty. Also, the A.C's in few rooms are non functional. Food is not great. There is alot of improvement in terms of food

Pathetic service. In case u are staying with family don't choose this resort. There is no water in bathroom... kept on searching for staff in morning. Roads are not constructed to reach the location. Food is pathetic(Veg) didn't try non veg. Till 11 pm loud music was getting played. I went and requested to switch it off after I found that sleep is getting disturbed.

This is in walking distance from Ramdara temple. Me and my wife stayed there for one night ( just to go out from pune but not that far ) Positives: 1. Very close to pune but very peaceful place. 2. Surrounded by hills and one can go for morning/evening trekking and see sunrise/sunset 3. Well maintained. Room cleanliness and essentials can be improved. 4. Food was delicious. Veg and non veg both options are there with good taste 5. Bullock cart ride was a plus. 6. Felt safe Improvements: 1. Newly built and some constructions are still going on. It will take new shape 2. Room service needs Improvement 3. You need to let them know what dinner you will have. They will prepare 4. Usually not that crowded on weekdays

Upon arrival, the villa smelled musty and damp. We tried airing it out, but the smell lingered throughout our stay. It seemed like the property had not been properly aired or cleaned before we checked in. Very uncomfortable.and also We saw mice in the kitchen and insects crawling around the villa. It's clear the property isn't pest-controlled, and we were uncomfortable the entire time. It was very unclean and unsanitary Very Bad experience.

Very horrible experience... I paid them 1000Rs advance , two days before booking this was., but when my plan get cancelled , I asked for refund 36 hrs before. Then they regret the refund. Any how manager get ready to give 500Rs as refund but he didn't keep the words.. be aware from such thiefs ...do prefer advance to them... They are cheap mentality people... Bad management..
