Treebo Reveniir Resort

We stayed there for 02 nights in a super deluxe room. It was an amazing and descent experience. Cleanliness, house keeping, and food were all up to the mark. Specially I will mention the name of the manager Mr. Deepak and all the other support staffs for their courteous behaviour and cooperative nature. I can recommend tourists who are visiting Lonavala can opt this place for a hassle free and fabulous stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the rooms were clean and well-maintained, my overall experience was extremely disappointing. The most frustrating issue was the swimming pool. Not only was it unavailable, but the water was filthy -- clearly neglected and unsafe for use. Despite this, a group of guests later accessed the pool, raising serious hygiene concerns. It's shocking that the hotel staff allowed this to happen, showing a complete lack of responsibility. Adding to the frustration, this same group caused a loud disturbance until 2:00 AM. Incredibly, the hotel staff seemed oblivious to this, and I had to personally intervene by shouting at the group and informing reception. This is completely unacceptable -- maintaining peace and ensuring guest comfort is the staff's responsibility, and they failed miserably. Simply operating under a well-known brand name isn't enough. If the staff can't uphold basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest well-being, the brand's reputation will mean nothing. I strongly urge the management to take these issues seriously and implement immediate improvements.

Not at all recommended for family holidays or leisure time. Rooms, bathrooms, breakfast.. Name it and there were a lot of negatives about them. The only best part I liked was the location. Close to everything. kind of a common point for all attractions.

Our visit in your Hotel were for 02 nights. It was an awesome and comfortable stay. Manager, Mr. Deepak and other support staffs were very cooperative and courteous. I can recommend tourist who are traveling to Lonavala to visit this place for a hassle free and descent stay.

Staff is horrible and will just ignore anything you say, the AC is always dripping with water, there are mosquitos everywhere and barely any options for breakfast overall experience would not recommend at all.

Rooms were poorly maintained. Service was not good. Bathroom's glass partition and towel stand was broken. For lunch both the days, the same menu was served. Electric kettle was also not working. Telephone was not given in our room. Even tea and coffee were not available and were served after 1.5 hours. Overall this was not worth the price we paid.

Worst food breakfast quality is also poor and we are staying there 2 days all day they are giving us worst poha. Location is so far from points market.there is nothing nearby unprofessional staff manager is so rude.and whatever we want from market they are charged 200 -300 rs

Room were pathetic, and so was service, breakfast was equal to cow feed. Very unprofessional staff, expensive food with no printed bill (hand written). Dark spot on Treebo name. Worst ever Treebo hotel stayed, would never recommend.
