The Lagoona Resort

It was brilliant experience living here.its the best resort I hv ever went. The service was amazing. The room was spacious. Cleanliness was there. Location was amazing. It value for money. Worth going to such place. The weather was good Tysmmmmm.

Well, we went during the weekend and paid that extra price of weekend with sandwich holidays....Lonawala was packed. So I was expecting some minor issues with service but it was good. The entire property is old, and the main building needs renovation urgently.....atleast the main foyer.... The breakfast hall is very good, has grand appearance...and top of it the breakfast menu is good, and the food tasts very well....they deserve full marks for breakfast... Service is good....staff is polite....but the watchmen on main gate seemed more concerned about the tips and hold us for mundane issues like gate pass....saluting frequently making it clear what they want...other satff is polite...no issues. Swimming pool, good. OK. Overall a good stay, but the prices are a bit high.

We had a lovely stay at Lagoona Hotel! The free upgrade was such a thoughtful surprise and made our trip extra special. The room was perfect, the staff warm and attentive. The buffet spread was huge, with endless variety--every meal was a treat! Can't wait to come back!

Went here for dinner with family... We received very good service by Ms.Asha & Ms. Junmoni. The food was also very nice (tried both veg & non-veg dishes). Even the hotel staff was very helpful with the wheelchair for a senior citizen in the family. I would highly recommend this place for a meal.

this resort has unique procedures, which you dnt find anywhere else. worst staff. they forgot to give me gate pass which is mandatory to leave hotel. security rudely told me that i havent check out. which is like i am running away. made me to return to reception just to collect a hand written note. manager was quitely hearing my conversation with staff but didnt intervene. pathetic experience i had with hotel.

The constant noise and commotion made it difficult to relax or enjoy the hotel's facilities. # Unhelpful Management Despite bringing my concerns to the attention of the management, they seemed uninterested in addressing the issues. It was clear that they were not prioritizing guest satisfaction or comfort. # Subpar Facilities and Service The hotel's facilities were not up to par, and the staff seemed untrained and unfriendly. Basic amenities were lacking, and the overall service was poor. # Final Verdict Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against booking a stay at this hotel. The crowds, poor hospitality, and lack of attention to guest needs make it a disappointing choice
