I had the pleasure of staying at this resort for 3 days, and I must say, the experience was made even better thanks to the exceptional staff. Every member of the team, from Prem Thakur to Srijan, was incredibly polite, respectful, and friendly. They truly went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Whether it was the delicious meals prepared by Chef Devendra or the prompt service provided by Tej Singh, every detail was taken care of with utmost care and professionalism. A special thanks to Aftab one of the staff and the other staff of the engineering department, who were incredibly responsive to any needs we had. Whenever we had a request or a small issue, they made sure it was addressed ASAP. Their dedication to ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay was evident, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail. Mr. Tej Singh was so cooperative. Awesome helpdesk.. staff is very good. Breakfast spread was too good. Two of my friends were fasting they packed fruits for them too for our travel ahead. The food was hot and tasty. The bathrooms were clean and tidy

The food was the best we have ever had in a hotel. Very homely non spicy and non oily. A lot of variety was served.|There was ample of parking space for all the vehicles and buses. The swimming pool was clean. The welcome drinks were tasty. |The staff was very helpful especially Mr. Tej Singh and Mr. Anil

We went there for one night stay and it was so great. All of the staffs are very cooperative specially Mr. Tej Singh. Room was spacious. Though I'll suggest it needs little renovation in terms of basic amenities. Food was also good. We had a special request for room decoration and it was also fulfilled by them so well that makes our stay more memorable.

Avarage hotel. Rooms are old school. Room service is slow. Food is average. Options for infants are lees but baby khichdi provided to us was good enough. With less staff they are trying to manage.

Booked two rooms - one room TV did not work; one other room side bed broken. Despite complaints nothing was fixed. Food ordering took more 1 hr. Only good review - good location Also service is poor. Game zone machines are not well maintained And swimming pool size is a big joke!
