Sereniity Resort , Lonavala

If you are planning to visit with your family including kids then this resort will provide a great experience. Kids get a lot of space to play. Food is extremely tasty. The hotel staff is responsive to any service request.

Worst experience ever. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever. The rooms were extremely dirty--by far the worst I've ever had. There was no dustbin in the living room, and the fridge was filthy, with leftover juice that hadn't been cleaned up. I booked two rooms with living areas for one night, and one of the toilets was completely unusable. The flush didn't work, and water kept overflowing from the toilet. When I tried to contact room service late at night due to the flooding in the bathroom, there was no one available at reception or to assist with the issue. The next day, when I asked for compensation due to the inconvenience, they refused to do anything. I would never consider visiting this resort again. The rooms were unsanitary and poorly maintained--do not book here.

Please don't spoil your vacation coming to this hotel. Worst customer care, limited staff, no food, the rooms are not clean, the bed covers dirty and torn, no cleanliness, housekeeping never received the call, they do not have buffet but then too no food after particular timing. They not even think people who have come for vacation can have different choices. Pool is very dirty and only for show. I seriously think the hotel is only for staff convenience and not for people coming here to enjoy. Please do not plan anything here.... It's complete waste of time and money and loss of mental peace.

Rooms are too small. Though clean. Service staff are untrained. No proper food services and restaurant timings are not customer friendly who goes there to enjoy vacation. Most of food options from menu are unavailable. House keeping not prompt n not hygienic. Only evening time spend at lawn is good point..that's the only thing.

Very serene as per the name...lovely place for a weekend outing. Staff are very cooperative. Owner personally looks into every matter. Food is good and hygenic. It's a great place. I have been there twice and would love to go again.

Staff was very polite and we also made a special request to make birthday arrangements and in few minutes it was done. We have a fun and blast. Sereniity team works the best for customer satisfaction. Myself and my friends were impressed. My only suggestion is that when the resort has corporate get together make a seperate arrangement for them as the regular we visitors some how feel neglected.

Very good room service, rooms were hygienic and food was also good. Very good for family, there is an indoor sport space where you can have good sport time like carrom and Table tennis. Swimming pool was not maintained well. I would suggest to have better conversation with respect to check-in and checkout timing's as that was not so customer friendly.
