I booked a sky villa, visually the room looked great but it was filled with bed bugs, which ruined our experience, I have blisters all over the body. Service from entire staff was fantastic, staff was very hardworking, helpful and supportive and food was great too.. no complaints at all. Room bed, bathroom cleanliness was poor, wash basin was stinky and should be improved.

Beautiful place to stay, Great Vibes, comfortable, spacious. I have visited twice because I loved this place. Staff is very friendly. It made me feel amazing. It has common swimming pool as well. And inside the room, there is one more small space for the kids at upper side. So, a family can also come at this place, no extra charges for that. Night vibe was amazing, and they have provided the complimentary dinner and breakfast. Food was also good, with veg and non-veg options. Positive vibes, with beautifully designed rooms and the whole resort. Silent place, and also can do your work at this place. It is very peaceful.

The location is quite near from lonavala station The staff were super friendly and welcoming, they were always happy to help and made sure I had everything I needed. Room is clean and beautiful with good scenic view from balcony. Definitely a must visit place.
