Riverdale Resort Lonavala

Avoid this dump. Filthy rooms: Reeked of mold, dust-caked surfaces, stained linens. Broken amenities: Leaking AC, crumbling bathroom with misaligned fittings. Zero service: No restaurant, clueless staff, outright rude owner. Total scam: Paying for "luxury"? You're funding neglect and greed. Burn your money elsewhere--it's less painful.

A very mediocre property, poorly maintained, found room to be quite spacious, also the pool is dirty. The lady (owner) is rude and unruly, didn't even provides drinking water, glasses or cutlery and upon asking denies the same. Very bizarre check out time and just past 15 mins cut off the lights, we literally have to bath in cold water in shivering cold weather, very inhumane experience and also denied a request of charging my mobile at the reception. Not a good experience. Won't turn up next time and WONT RECOMMEND.

Horrible place we ever been in lonavala. my experience at this hotel was beyond disappointing. Between the dirty rooms, poor maintenance, lack of services, and the rude owner, I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was an absolute waste of money, and I left feeling more exhausted and frustrated when I arrived. Avoid this place at all costs.

Cooking staff was good and supportive but the owner was so rude and food was good but so much expensive there was not cleaned room . There was not cleaned pool .to much rules to follows .no supportive environment. 10 out of 2 for cooked staff. Behaviour of lady was so much bad worst . I found so much animals like this and compromise they dont give extra 2 mins for room .dont visit this place to much worst place .

The resort is really good, the staff is helpful and polite, food is good as well, location is little outside but near nature, recommend Rooms can be a little more cleaned, great vibe for a weekend gateway.

They r not deserving to give any star for property I visited on 20th feb 2025 tha room is very dirty smelling like hell rooms wall was not painted room looks like devil house there is bedbugs in the bed we call khatmal I don't no how they r maintaining rooms and saying that's a resort or hotel I gone with my wife and my child my child was saying I don't want to stay in this room that is very dirty room then I checked out imidatly my money was wasted I told to receptionist guy to cancel but he said no we can't because u booked by agoda u have to contact to agod pan on more Thing agoda was very bed site to book rooms they r not responding any case happen so my suggestion is don't go to riverdale resort Lonavala it's better to stay road side

Rooms in ground floor are very worst rooms. Its not same as shown in the agoda website. Its non ac deluxe rooms. From first floor onwards rooms are good. Water coming inside the room from walls. And they sticked something on the wall.

Worst of the worst rooms, it's not look the same the way it's showned on different booking site. Don't go to this place its total waste of money.
