Absolutely Pathetic Service - Missing Liquor from Room! I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel and I will never stay here again. The most shocking part? Liquor went missing from my room, and the hotel staff did NOTHING about it! I had a few bottles in my minibar, and when I returned to my room, some were gone. When I brought it up to the front desk, they were dismissive and completely unhelpful. Instead of investigating or offering any kind of compensation, they acted like it wasn't their problem. The lack of security and responsibility in this hotel is unacceptable. If guests can't trust their belongings to be safe, what's the point of staying here? On top of that, the service was rude, the rooms weren't even properly cleaned, and the entire place felt mismanaged. Stay far away from this place unless you want to deal with careless staff and missing belongings. Absolutely disgraceful! Terrible Management - Avoid This Hotel! I have never experienced such unprofessional and rude behavior from a hotel manager From the start, the manager was dismissive, unhelpful, and completely lacked basic customer service skills. I had an issue and when I approached the manager for help, they were not only uninterested but also condescending. Instead of resolving the problem, they acted like I was an inconvenience and brushed me off. A manager should be there to assist guests, not make them feel unwelcome. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this hotel. If this is how they treat paying guests, I can only imagine how poorly the rest of the hotel is run. Avoid this place unless you want to deal with incompetent management and terrible service!

We had a very good experience with regards to house keeping where shilpa did a splendid job as well as the food served was also very delicious with good spread. The resort has courteous staff with welcoming smile and ready to help. All in all would love to go again with friends and family to enjoy the facilities swimming pool etc. It's value for money.||Adv Hemang Jariwala

Stayed here over weekend. The property is excellent. Its bang on old Mumbaj Pune road. The entrance gate is small and can not noticed immediately. But... like the saying - don't judge the book by its cover.. once you enter the property.. its amazing inside. Its all Suites property.. lush green inside. Food was good. The breakfast spread was nice and very well managed. Pool was clean. Overall Its fantastic place.
