Retreat Heritage

It's a waste hotel. I attended my company's training there and the staff are treating like we are their employees. Especially dining staff's supervisor behavior is awkward. It's ok to take our plates to dustbin after dining but they are asking to take the water glass also to deposit. Little things but very stressful things when it comes to your self respect. Food is also not good.

Online is cheaper still they charge more. Will ask you to give 60/70% amount in cash . They are fishy. No water in pool.kitchen is hell yucky and smelly.you will feel like vomitting there . They charged me 13k for two days and was hell horrible . First they were showing rooms in ground floor which were not even worth 2k . Then upper floor we stayed but cockroaches were all around The cab they allot is also horrible. Suv driver calculates for each km and keeps annoying all they way to mumbai . I will never visit this hotel not even mayur retreat. Which is their parent hotel. Bedsheets torned,smoke smell in bathroom, washroom smell in kitchen its yuck. Never stay there

Great Location , nice hotel , good food , great staff very helpful. Cozy rooms Average Value for money. Kids play area required.. everything is close by. Site seeing was also arranged by hotel team.

Located at the main spot. Good for family and friends. Ambience is really good. Swimming pool is not accessible after evening.

The property is very nice to have a stay. Rooms are preity good and the food served is just delicious. Staff from front desk is corporative. Rooms are clean and odour.........,....||Conference hall is very silent. Sound is properly adjusted which gave good vibes for our conference.
