Meritas Picaddle Resort - Lonavala

I recently stayed in Meritas Picaddle luxury boutique hotel. The ambiance is warm and inviting. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. The rooms are well-maintained, comfortable, and offer stunning views. The breakfast is excellent, and the overall value for money is outstanding.The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The hotel offers amenities like a pool and garden area, providing additional relaxation options.

Had a wonderful stay at Meritas Picaddle Resort in Lonavala! The location is absolutely prime - right in the heart of Lonavala, making it super convenient to get around and explore nearby attractions. One of the biggest highlights for us was the water park - it's perfect for kids! There are several fun slides and splash zones, and the staff was very attentive, making sure everything was safe and clean. Our kids had an absolute blast and didn't want to leave the pool! The resort itself is well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and good dining options. Whether you're planning a family getaway or a quick weekend trip, this place ticks all the boxes. Highly recommend it for families with young ones!

I visited with my friends to Picaddle Resort and it was my first time with my school friends. We United after very long and we had memorable reunion. We enjoyed in the rooms, front desk staff provided us with interconnected rooms and it was fun. The only thing is that their lounge was not operational but rest everything was very nice. ||The restaurant staff and the housekeeping staff is very helpful and friendly and accomodated all our requests. Their SPA is very relaxing and the therapists are very well trained. ||Will come back to this resort with my family

We had a different reputation about this resort. However, we felt very disappointed. It was very crowded. Water park is badly maintained. The water in the water park was not clean and it was stinky. Bathroom was not ventilated and had a very bad lighting. Bathroom showers had brown colored water. Food quality is good. There are so many options for breakfast.

Picaddle is the only place we go when we come to lonavala. This was our 3 visit and this time it was very special as we visited with our grandson. All the moments with him are precious especially when you have such amazing and accomodating staff. Right from room to food every request of our was accomodate with staff. They really went above and below for helping us with the food requests for our grandson. I would like to mention onima on the front desk and aman in the restaurant for helping us out.||We will visit again with him when he grows up. Thank you everyone for such lovely memories.

The resort is very nice. They have a swimming pool and multiple rides too which makes stay fruitful. The cold water Jacuzzi is too good. The children's play area is good and rides for children are also nice. The staff is good and supportive. Service needs to be a little faster. Overall it was a very good stay and Definetly recommend.

Visiting lonvala after 7 years and picaddle is where we stayed. My kids enjoyed the water park and game zone and also loved their pasta in picadore. ||The rooms are neat, clean and tidy with all the basic amenities. Khushboo form their house keeping helped us our request of providing 2 floor mattresses for our baby. ||Over all had fun and enjoyed their food as well. We will come back again

Overall, it was just an OKAY experience. In the rooms we were allotted, the sofa-cum-bed was broken; they gave us an extra bed, which was so hard. The handwash and the body wash dispensers were kept empty throughout the stay; they didn't bother refilling them. We asked to change the room, but the same issue we faced in the other room as well. The balcony lock was broken; The kids' play area was unoperational; they didn't have a badminton racket even though they had a badminton court. The games room was locked, and it was under renovation. The waterpark water was very dirty on the first day... Later they got it cleaned. Overall, it seems they have not maintained the property very well. There was not much for the kids to do in the resort other than the swimming pool... So I will advise anyone going there to keep this in mind, so you won't be disappointed when you get there
