Le Tranquil Resort

Our recent stay at LE TRANQUIL RESORT was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. The resort itself is stunning. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We spent hours relaxing by the pool. and enjoying delicious meals at the restaurants. The food was particularly outstanding. We sampled a variety of dishes. We would wholeheartedly recommend LE TRANQUIL RESORT to anyone seeking a truly unforgettable vacation. Service is pathetic and they are using disposable waterbottle again and again i think this is not good for guests health after complaining about this they didn't take any action against this. Landline is not working after complaining about this also they didn't care about it. AC is maintained at fixed temprature at 25C. Service is also very pathetic. There is no professional staff. If your require anything you need to take follow up again and again they didn't provide any kind of toothkit & shaving kit. Swimming pool is too small. Food is average. Not Recommended to accommodate if you're a service minded person.

Me and my husband had the best time here with our 1 yr old son. Staff is very polite & cooperative. Rooms are spacious & clean. Food is very tasty. The resort is huge with garden area, swimming pool & ample car parking space. Very conveniently located and peaceful, tranquil environment

Great stay Location wise too good Cleanliness was superb Staff are co operative Only thing I faced was when I ordered food from their restaurant the quantity was too less for the amount I was charged.

Ambience Atmosphere is good. Swimming pool should have some privacy. Rooms are well maintained. Food service atmosphere is not appealing. Location is far from Lonavala station.

The room was nice with a bigger size and amenities were also nice. But the fridge in the room was not working and the TV was not recharged. Other things like the bathtub, dining table, bed and sofa bed were in good condition. The location is just behind the mapro garden.

We had a wonderful time at here The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and the location was convenient. Overall, a great experience--I would definitely stay here again!
