Good food. Quick service. Beautiful rooms. Clean waterpark. A family place in middle of lonavala.|Bus stand and railway station are at walking distance. We were agroup of 50 pax went for a family re union. The resort organised one full day of group activities for us. It was really refreshing. They also organized magic show and night safari. We had a memorable stay there.

Extremely disappointed with our recent experience at Kumar Resort. We arrived as walk-in guests, only to be denied entry because the entire resort was booked for a private wedding. What's shocking is that there was no prior notice or update about this on their official website or any social media platform. Families, including us, had traveled with kids expecting a fun day out--only to be turned away at the gate. Even more unprofessional was the rude and aggressive response from the General Manager, Mr. DILIP TEKCHANDANI, who casually suggested we visit a competitor's water park such as Wet & Joy or Imagica instead of offering any real solution. This kind of poor communication and lack of customer consideration is unacceptable for a resort of this scale. If you value your time, money, and planning--think twice before visiting. Hopefully, they learn the importance of transparency and guest experience going forward

Near the market area parking for car available we enjoy water park disco and games activities morning we had zumba for our group hall was very modern and comfortable other services like food both veg and non veg very nice all staff very helpful

Very Bad service.. They didnt respond to my queries for 4 to 5 hours. kept me on hold to share the details for the specific details. Also mentioned over the phone that offline and online rates will differ so i waited till late night. The lady attending was rude and didnt not have manners to talk to customer. Specifically on their request we were waiting for the details and wasted our time

Best hotel and it's good for stay and got the best rides and swimming pool and has got the delicious dinner and amazing staff love it and i will make sure to visit it next time the room service was awesome as it made sure to come on time.............................

Swimming pool was very dirty. Rooms had small cockroaches. Bathrooms did not have proper drainage, shower water was overflowing in bathroom.

We went with our 2yr kid to stay in kumar resort on holi from 13 to 15th March 2025.The resort needs serious renovation. Resort is below average for the price they charged. The bed sheet has strained,bed bug( my kid started crying suddenly at midnight then we saw so many bed bug around him they just said we have one other room you take that and put blame on previous customers),red ant in coffee, broken kettle,non working hair dryer. They have only one small elevator and that too got broken on the day of holi for full one day everyone have to climb 4 floor.||Even after complaint we received no apology they simply put the blame on last checked out customers.||Not worthy bad condition resort for the given price point only good part is location being in city centre.
