Krisna - All Suite Stay Resort in Lonavala

The food had more than extra salt even after informing the owner there was no actions taken plus the chef had informed that he will warm our remaining food which we had brought from outside but when the owner came to know she denied. Less staff but staff is very respectful but owner had some own issues which not sure how to be addressed

We had a Get together here last week. Very nice place for such gatherings. They also have beautiful heritage villas which are maintained to that era with taste. Food quality is Ok. They have very nice restaurant again with an old furniture and antique ambiance. Staff is really nice and co-operative.

Breakfast, room service, everything was great..... If you thinking gonna stay there, you'll get amazing breakfast..... But treadmill was not on so I'll give it 4 star

The property is absolutely beautiful. But the management is abysmal. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. It's a pet friendly place. Lots of open space and greenery. Lots of parking. But the biggest challenge is food. Food is an integral part of any enjoyable vacation. But meal timings are misleading and inconvenient. If your check-in time is 2pm. You can't STRICTLY shut the kitchen at 2.30. People may take time to check in and settle down in the room too. Especially when there is no room service allowed. You HAVE to go down to the restaurant to eat. The quality of food of good. But the quantity is really really bad! It's really not worth the price. And so they have very few people who actually eat her. But you can't order food in the rooms either. So you're forced to step outside to eat. Which is what I'm sure most people did. Because we couldn't see anyone else in the dining room except 1 other group. But I know that other rooms were taken. No alcohol or non veg allowed in the premises and rooms as well. The dinner timing in the Rules sheet in the room is different from kitchen closing time. So even though we went to eat before the mentioned close time, we were refused service and were forced to go out to find food, since very few places deliver here. The management also seemed to be inconsiderate and indifferent to all this. So although the place is huge, decently priced and lovely. We faced so many challenges with food that I'll never return here.

Initially I was skeptical after reading few bad reviews but was pleasantly surprised to get completely opposite experience. It's a beautiful place. Excellent cottages. Old European style furniture. Large spacious and very clean place. Soft spoken and responsive staff. Would definitely recommend.

Two things: 1 - it is pet friendly so people who don't love animals better not visit. 2 - the service is very bad. The food often get over. people have to literally go in kitchen and make themselves food. The manager is useless. completely useless. Although the food was good (whatever i could hog) i would never go to this place again.

This was the first time I was visiting a resort and trust me I was not disappointed a bit. The polite staff, the well maintained greenery, the super clean rooms and ready-to-serve-at-any-moment house keeping. The attractive restaurant with lots of antiques placed even the water bottles of glass were eye catchy and worth stealing ;) Also the pool (swimming pool) was clean and towels were kept for covering ourselves after the relaxing therapy gave to yourself. The only thing I think I should mention is drinking water is complimentary on the first day itself after that we have to pay for it. Adding photos for your decision to be more firm. :)

It is a very Serene Place to be and spend with your Near ones. They won't give discount on any cost but every penny is worth it..Clean Rooms with all Facilities. Everything is so very well organized and they have left no stone unturned to make their clients have a good time. Complimentary Breakfast was also made fresh and served. Overall a place to try.
