Hotel Sapphire

Excellent Place and Superb View!! Rooms were clean and customer service was very good. The staff at reception Miss Misba and Mr Shah Niwaz were very customer friendly and had given excellent service. All other staff were polite in their work and overall a very good place to visit with family and friends!! Only one thing that they should have included lunch and dinner also with breakfast as per the monetary value taken.

I stayed with my family during FEB25. rates are affordable, staff are courteous,food excellent,well maintained, swimming pool . Rooms are spacious. Management attended each and every need of the customer without any grudges . Usually, hotels with restaurants offer food with less quantity and will be having limited menus only. Here ,it is not so. Without ,any hesitation , v can stay here comfortable with family.Rating should be five. I wonder, y it's with 3 or 3.5. nearby hotels are expensive, even bargaining for xtra bed. I will recommend 5 star .

The rooms are very well equipped with good sized rooms. Our evening was made even better with poolside party along with services. The management team is courteous to make even smallest request fulfill. The food is equally good along tasty breakfast.. Kudos to the management team for making our stay comfortable and memorable!!

Booked for 2 days stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. Odered food from the restaurant, was tasty and reasonable cost. They arranged auto too for us with our request with reasonable cost. Facilities -AC, Hot water, clean towels, drinking water.. Swimming pool was maintained but needs more maintenance.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at sapphire and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Overall would like to mention that the stay was not at all value for money, the service was very slow and poor in terms of room service. Also the breakfast which was served as complementary was having only three options, we have faced stomach problems after eating the fruits which were served during the breakfast which are watermelon. Overall not a great experience considering the amount paid for a single day stay at the property.

Our stay at Hotel sapphire was truly delightful! The location was perfect for exploring Lonavala, with stunning views of the surrounding hills from our balcony. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and we especially loved the fresh local produce. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Lonavala.
