Hotel Mangal Residency Lonavala : Lonavala Hotels

I recently stayed at hotel Mangal residency in Lonavla, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The location is simply stunning, surrounded by the lush greenery and serene ambiance that Lonavla is famous for. It provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The hotel staff were exceptional friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made my stay comfortable and memorable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Lonavla.

Staff was Co-operative, everything was good, Room was clean and maintained, Complain for hot water in bathroom.. First there is 2-3 buckets of cold water drain out and waste it, and then after hot water come from taps, there is TOO MUCH WASTAGE OF WATER, so Suggestions to management that they plan for to SAVE WATER..

1. The room condition is not as shown in pics with dirty bathroom and stained torn linen. 2. No complimentary bottled water provided. 3. Late check-in at 12pm (early check-in allowed only when you pay extra 700) and super early checkout at 10am with repeated reminders even from the cleaners. 4. Road outside hotel is all broken and slippery during rains. Overall property not worth the price. 5. It is in no way a 3-star hotel but at max a 1 star property or pg types accomodation. 6. Only positive is managers behavior/attitude is welcoming and slightly close to station but the way to hotel is bit dark at night.

It was a pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff were polite and the location was very close to the bus stand and restaurant. It was a peaceful place. Rooms were clean, and big. Clean washroom and have all the amenities. People should try this one if visiting to lonavla.

I stayed with my girlfriend. I had no issues and stay was very comfortable. It is 600 mtrs from Lonavala railway station and 100 mtrs to main road. No complaints about staff or the receptionist as I've seen in some reviews before booking. They were nice with us and helpful. Deluxe room size is ok, clean and neat. There is enough parking space for own vehicle. Lift isn't available. Amenities are fine. I've to mention that the restaurant menu card available in room is the worst in service and food too. I really didn't remember the name but when I checked it has good rating and 1 km far from hotel. I ordered something they delivered something and too late around 2hrs. You have to followup with them for the delivery and updates. I lost my hunger before they delivered. Zomato is available just go with Domino's or barbeque something it's my recommendation. Auto rikshaw is better I don't recommend cab for tourism you'll stuck in traffic and the prices will be too high. Overall I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed the stay. Big campus, ample parking areas(you can park your own vehicle), Big lawn. Can also be booked for wedding parties and celebrations . Cooperative staff, food can be ordered from nearby hotels. Perfect location near Lonavala Railway station. They also arrange rental cabs for tourists. Neat and tidy rooms with clean washrooms.

Great experience as it was my first hotel which was having Glass wall to separate main room and washroom (this was not available in all rooms). Good ambience, great infrastructure. Too much space to keep things as it is having a cupboard, 3-4 tables, 2 chairs, hooks, hangers. Just one problem, cushion's cover were little stinky and comforter was little soiled.

1) The hotel is managed by OYO Rooms and I would it's just fine. 2) The rooms weren't that amazing as compared to other OYO I have stayed in. 3) The walls are not sound proof making it a little creepy for couples especially. 4) Breakfast is amazing and the garden in front feels great in morning. 5) Parking space is plenty. 6) Close to the market but you need to be careful as the turn is not that visible while driving (we missed 3 times). At night the surrounding turns scary because of the darkness. 7) The receptionist was a bit rude. Overall if you're traveling with family then it's a go go, if you're planning with a partner then I suggest you stay elsewhere.
