Hotel Lonavla

We had very good experience staying here. The staff was very courteous & responsive. The hotel is at a very good location with easy accessibility to the central market. They have an in-house vegetarian restaurant by the name of Shivam Restaurant. The food there was very good. Highly recommend this place for family stay.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, and I've been to many hotels in Lonavala and trust me this is one of the cleanest hotels. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The receptionist and everyone working are extremely sweet and helpful. I will most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coning here to Lonavala.

Stayed at this hotel jan25..Very happy with the overall experience. Extremely cordial staffs, offered all help . Great location..Rooms very nice neat and clean .Food is extraordinary , very tasty..First time we didnt have to go for food outside.because of the taste of the in-house restaurant . I visited Lonawala on 11th and we stayed in this hotel the staff was very friendly and Mr Shetty and his assistant were very cordial Cheers to the food served and the staff were very helpful and good As it is in the main road and near the bus stand it feels very walkable distance

we got accomodated in very moldy and smelly room. we asked for a room change, so we got better room, but still not very good. the AC was working, but water was dripping down right to the head area on bed. beside that the hotel staff was very friendly and tried their best. both restaurants (veg on the ground floor and regular on the first floor) were nice and tasty. lot of traditional indian food, everything we tried was delicious!

Location of hotel is in city walkable to all cafes,restaurants. Good staff n service is good. And i forgot my jacket in room during checkout. Thanks for returning it safely on next day.
