The hotel provided a wonderful stay with exceptional service and amenities. The staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern comforts. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with high-quality toiletries. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant provided excellent meals. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. Overall, a fantastic experience that exceeded expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

I chose this hotel based upon google rating and found total fraud is running on the name of rating. They are never up to the mark and they don't know H of Hospitality. Their rooms on the ground floor are in bad condition with a musty odor during December too. They aren't spending money at all on maintenance. They don't even care about customer feedback. We had to cancel our trip in the middle as their smell in their room was unable to let us stay there. There is a waste decompose site nearby which works as cherry on top. Therefore, you can't sit either inside the room or outside the room. Their breakfast food and crockery are such a waste. They should stop giving it as complementary as guests are not eating it whatever they take in a plate. Only their support staff who help with parking and luggage are good who always smile. Their first floor premium suites are better compared to ground one and work well after the sprinkler of room freshener. God bless them with this poor property and amazing receptionist named Vinayak.

Location all the way outskirts of Lonavala, under some Marwadi Management all the in-house rules changed as per the management. Booked 2 Basic rooms, further upgraded to Super Delux and Ensuite room at hotel, Difference of amount paid at hotel receipt and final Bill was not Provided by person. As advised Bill will be Sent on whatsapp, I'm still waiting for Bill. Breakfast with forced limited veg option provided during Stay ie: Poha, Paratha with only ketchup (Paid extra for Curd), cereal only Basic Cornflakes and Tea/ Coffee. Would never ever recommend anyone for staying at this Place.

"BEWARE" This is the Worst Hotels I have Ever Stayed At. I had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. I went on a holiday for lonavala from Bangalore. I checked in at 4 pm in evening and midnight the hotel manager called me when I was sleeping and forced me to change rooms in the middle of the night, from an AC room to a non-AC room, just because another guest's AC was broken and they don't have any other AC room. I told them I was not comfortable with the change, but they kept pressuring me and made me switch rooms anyway. It was completely disrespectful and ruined my night. To make things worse, I discovered in the morning that my charger had been stolen from my room. When I raised the issue with the staff, they just ignored me, claiming they didn't know anything about it without even bothering to check the room. I requested to see the CCTV footage, but they refused to show it to me. If you want to ruin your holiday, then by all means, book a stay here. This hotel is not safe, and the staff is incredibly unprofessional. I would not recommend it to anyone. Don't fall for the good rating. looks like it's all paid ratings.

Staff is polite and cooperative. Breakfast menu is limited but tasty. Too much oil in the vegetable ordered in dinner. No desert available. Ordering dinner on Swiggy or Zomato not possible due to location not accessible to their apps. Chair not provided in facility which is minimum requirement for comfort. It was provided on request.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Five Elements, Lonavala! The price is unbeatable for the quality you get. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the amenities are excellent. Service was top-notch, with staff always ready to help with a smile. While the food was okay, the in-house pure veg restaurant is a great option, and there are plenty of eateries nearby for variety. Truly the best value for money--affordable yet far from feeling cheap. Highly recommended for a budget-friendly yet comfortable getaway!

The service of this hotel is too bad. They kept us waiting until the last minute for checkin even though they had empty rooms available because their checkin time was 12am. They serve utterly poor food for complimentary breakfast. They served false butter( emulsified oil) instead of pure butter. The cleaning staff did not clean the room even after calling multiple times. And there are multiple option available in the same location just explore those first.

The room was not at all up to the mark, especially after paying 5000 per night. The lock on the door didn't work, the washroom door wouldn't close, and there was no water bottle provided. However, they charged for it at checkout. The room had an unpleasant smell, and no dental kit was provided. The cupboard had water stains on it. The breakfast area smelled terrible, like dung. The swimming pool was dirty and only 4 feet deep. The reception staff was rude when we reported the issue with the door not closing. One of the attendants, who had piercings in both ears, responded disrespectfully, saying, "How can it not close? You don't know how to close the door?" Overall, the stay was not worth it.
