Hotel Dean Villa

Worst experience ever. Don't book No electricity, no backup, no internet nothing at all I am female traveller. Booked this property through booking .com Called the owner mr Ashok Gupta to confirm abt the property and services well in advance. But I am fooled. The owner said apni booking cancel kar do I am returning ur money Oh well , yeah sure.....but it's a hug loss for me coz now being a female all alone I am stranded in the road not knowing what to do n where to go Whatever is shown n written on their site is all bullshit Don't waste ur time on this property at all

TV not working in room, AC not working,2 of the 4 ceiling lights work. There is no hot water in the shower.Baby Cockroach in the room too. The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.I went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.

Slum area is much better than this stay, please go through the photos attached. Very dirty and unhygienic place, the pillow and blanket are affected with Black Fungus and the walls too. Never recommended, my family has suffered a lot. Owner Ashok Gupta is also least bothered about this issue.

I check in 3 time but Very bad AC not working properly, bed quality very poor, bathroom not clean and hand wash basin also off

We had the worst stay at this hotel, the pics posted are nowhere similar to the real ambience, rooms are not clean, our AC was not working properly, their service is miserable. They don't even have water jug in the room. The most horrible thing was that there was no power at night, even the fan was not working at night, no power backup even for fan. We had to stay awake the whole night in sweat. Better take a non AC room in any other hotel where at least the fan works. They take full payment in advance and won't listen to ur problems. The owner didn't pick up the call after payment was done. Worst ever hotel.

I had a bad experience at this place. The images you see in the business listing are very old ones. I have uploaded the recent pictures; by seeing the photos I have uploaded, you won't visit this hotel. The hotel ambience is the worst, and this place needs a lift; there are 2 floors where you need to take the stairs, which is pathetic. The service was also miserable. No one would respond to you appropriately. If you call reception, they will take time to come to your room. There are few workers at this place. For cleanliness, I won't even give it 1 star. If you visit their kitchen and dining, you will be horrified by seeing them. They won't change the dustbin in your room on a daily basis. The paints on the wall were falling apart. You will get a bad smell all over the hotel. They do not have a room freshener. The room and bathroom were decent. The price they charge is more for the service they provide. Overall, I had a horrible experience at this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel. It is a waste of money.

I had a very worst experience I didn't want to give a single star in rating it's very unhygienic here the owner of the hotel is very rude and he doesn't have the sense while talking with there customers, speaks too loudly give false information about their services offered and also the staff was not at all cooperative the service was very bad and nothing electrical appliances was working for eg Geyser , TV, AC and everywhere there are lot of cockroaches as they have not kept the rooms clean and have not maintained any hygiene . And they only kept on lying and ignored us while we are asking them for some help about the things which are not working in their hotel rooms as I have mentioned above so overall very poor customer service so pathetic I would recommend you people should not visit there. Waste of money

Guys don't waste money on selecting this room. I had stayed here just 3 days ago and my experience wasn't good at all. There was no lights for 4-5 hours and the generator wasn't working as well. I had asked for hot water and even though geaser was installed it was of no use as i wasn't able to use the hot water. They didn't even keep water for drinking on there own. The bed is very bad to sleep. You can feel it's spring. Only good thing about it was the washroom and room was clean. Apart from that nothing was good. And do not trust on the photos shared online it's really fake !!!
