This is a poorly maintained hotel with a run down restaurant and games area. The double room that we booked opened into the swimming pool which was just a few of the positives of staying here. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, dusty staircases, plates with left over food kept outside, lip stick stained teacup, dated furnitures and smelly bedrooms, stained walls etc were a great put off. The restaurant table linen still had left over food particles and was dusty. We somehow are the breakfast that was provided. It was better to stay outside the hotel than inside. Just because it's budget doesn't mean that you provide a shoddy service. Better upkeep and an eye for cleanliness are sorely needed.

We have booked this resort through Make my trip. They showed this resorts is very good. We paid Rs. 8,900/- for 3 Adults and 2 kids. But when we visit this resort, we realized that waste of Money. We would get better resorts of this amount. We ordered Tea and Bread Butter and order received after 2 hours. we had free break fast and dinner. By 9.30pm staff came to take a order instead of Buffet. Our kids was waiting for food for so long. after 10pm food arrived. Very bad service and cleanness also very bad. swimming pool was also not cleaned. It was bad experience for us. No indoor activities for kids as showed also the property is not maintained broken furniture no cleanses in the room.

I visited this place for business meeting. The location and the surrounding was natural. The rooms are also very good and spacious. The staff was very very cooperative,supportive,and polite and professional. Mr Anuj who was managing the Hall where the meeting was held was very polite and professional and was providing every essential needs. And also there were plenty of amenities like swimming pool and indoor sports.

Though we booked 2 deluxe ac rooms, they provided us Cottage rooms(which costs more than deluxe room). It was very good. Food is also good. Anuj was so helpful and swimming pool, indoor games were also fine.
