Govinda Resorts, Lonavala

Our stay at Govinda resort was quite comfortable and enjoyable. They have plenty of open space, rooms are clean and of suitable size, and the staff is responsive. The indoor restaurant serves good food, but bit slow service. The pool was clean and rain dance section was functional. Go-karting is nearby. Overall, was a pleasant experience.

review on go karting recently went go karting here, the car was fine but a major problem with it was a lack of a seatbelt which caused me to have a bad injury when I crashed, extremely dangerous. Pls add a seat belt and make sure the helmet was tight enough. My helmet flew away when i crash and brakes were hard to push too

The experience was good and the activities were also there as mentioned and was in good condition and even at night the staffs were cooperative. It is perfect place for family relaxation.

Best decision to book here..Good service, Clean rooms, good food and restaurant... Go karting was an advantage..Resort was well maintained..Ground available for cricket, football, parking..

If you are a nature lover and want to spend some quality time (alone or with friends and family) in the midst of nature, visit this place as it's full of greenery.Beautiful flowers and birds can also be spotted. Ample open space is available to move around. Kids play area is also quite sufficient and an adjacent ground is there for playing cricket/football etc.It's very quiet in the evening which we loved. Go karting is there adjacent to the property and obviously one has pay separately for it. Room rates are on the higher(much) side as compared to the facilities offered. Liked the attached balconies. I give 2/5 for cleanliness. The restaurant inside serves tasty breakfast(4/5). Overall we had a good experience.

Good for team outing! Has some indoor games and pool etc but WiFi is a big miss which needs to be addressed (it is the basic necessities now). Rooms were very small but has AC, wardrobe, plugin and bathroom door lock wasn't working for us else all good. Amenities like kettle and extra bedsheet need to asked. Food options also less and they don't put salt on any rice item ! Complimentary breakfast was given but they need to improve a lot on quality (idlis were pathetic, vada and poha was ok) Overall I didn't feel the money paid was worth! PS: Go karting is nearby

Location lovely, spacious resort, rooms okay but needs maintenance of taps, comods etc. Cleanliness of surroundings nice, room Cleanliness needs improvement. MOST IMP IS TO PROVIDE PLASTIC STOOL FOR BATH, IN BATHROOMS. We all 35 were Sr citizens, so found very difficult to bath properly. Food good. Service also nice but can be improved. Staff in restaurant n resort, are courteous n helpful. Very nice maintenance of greenery, plants, lawn etc.

An ideal retreat for a family and friends get together! The lawns, the greenery, the pool and the location of the rooms are attractive and thoughtfully laid out. The staff are friendly and helpful. However the housekeeping needs improvement. Also there are not many options for the people who prefer Vegetarian Jain Meals.
