ECOSTAY

We went for weekend stay with family . Location is remote and there was no sign available to identify the property. Took some time to reach. Rooms and services were ok but we had major food poisoning after the trip and suspect either food or water served was an issue .

The place is pathetic. We had requested a check in between 11-1, we were told that it'll be fine. When we got there they told us it will be at 2pm. We had to kill time for 3 hours in the heat with no place to go. When we arrived for our 2pm check in, the staff was still cleaning the space. The pool was green & there were insects in it. There were broken pipes and lamps when we entered. The rooms and furniture are freshly painted. The paint is wet, it is ruining our luggage, clothes and eveything. Staying in a house that i painted just a night before is TOXIC, unhealthy for everyone & even more harmful for people with allergies. There is paint on the crockery.The sheets are stained. The fridge is absolutely disgusting & smelling. There are no batteries in remotes, the curtains are stained. There is no toilet paper. The wifi is not working.Nothing about the amenities promised meets the expectations. Our entire day is wasted, as college students we spent all our savings on this and we are far from happy. Ekostays is not at all recommended. After reaching, we have had trouble getting in touch with the owners, they have been avoiding our calls & the caretakers are barely able to take any accountability for any of the flaws.

If negative rating existed, this place would deserve it. Here are all the things that went absolutely wrong while our stay here (Attaching photos and videos to this review as well): 1. False advertising- Advertised as 4BHK without the picture of the last room. In reality is a bed placed in the basement with no sort of door, and a big window that has no blinders/curtains. Fully open. It also was a store room with junk thrown around it. If you check closely in the pictures sent by the Ekostay team (added here), you'll notice that there's no bed added in the basement. When this issue was brought up with their team, we were told that this was their best selling property, and that most of their clients preferred that room.There was even a BIG RAT down there. 2. Broken stairs in the pool. 3. ACs in two rooms not working 4. Geysers not working in any of the rooms 5. For one of the rooms, they have broken blinders which is clearly see through for people from the outside. So no privacy. 6. A rat found in the bath tub. 7. Faulty instalments of balcony barricade lights, they fell right beside a kid and left an opening for a kid to be able to fall flat on the face from 1st floor. 8. Pathetic staff and sales team- They offered no support whatsoever besides attempting to fix the ACs. When we brought up all the issues, they said that they cannot relocate us nor can they give us a discount in the first place. We had to literally spend an entire day fighting with them to at least get a discount. Our booking was for 2 days. All they were concerned about was getting their balance payment from us. If we wouldn't pay we were asked to clear the property, and if we fail to do so they will go ahead and cut off the electricity. Mind you, we had two kids and a pregnant lady with us. Overall, I would say our experience here was AS BAD AS IT COULD GET. Please do not book this property.

I had a worst experience ever.... Der is list of bad experience in villa. so called 4 bhk villa actually only has 3 bedrooms and they taking money fr 4bhk one bedroom is in basement which has no curtains 2 filthy storeroom attached, wid rats in the room which is worst to servant room also. One bedroom has so called bathtub with no outlet no stopper. None of gyser are in working condition, AC are also not in working condition . Rats in the bedroom. Swimming pool ladder is also broken.. Sales people are not cooperative, they do not have courtesy. will also attach some pics if der would be less than 1 star I would hv rate it. Plz read carefully coz rating given as 4 or 5 are der own employees who are misleading people

Very bad experience. We were there last night. Fourth room geyser and ac was not working. All the rooms bedsheet were stinking. Rooms and fridge has small cockroaches. Garden's picture is shown different. Wifi was working when we entered then was purposefully disconnected to save bill. Tata sky wasnt working. Their coordinator kept following up for money but when we called for problems no proper reply. Next morning there was no water in most of the bathrooms. No geysers were working. Over all awesome house but not at all maintained.

Great place for price!!! Really cheap stay for a group of around ten people with spacious and well maintained interior. Small swimming pool which can cater to your needs. Housekeeper helps you at all times. Basic amenities like WiFi, smart TV, Utensils and more are available. Market is just 15 minutes walking from here.

Dogs , cats and in attentive caretakers welcomed us. No security guard available. Cats roam inside the house freely. Cats were sitting on mattress n pillows and the same were provided to us. We came to know this later. Late midnight the inverter started making noises n kept us awake for the whole night.Despite emergency nobody came to our rescue as there was no security guard or caretaker. Ecostay wasn't taking any responsibility. After informing them they were only justifying their actions rather helping. The photos uploaded are enhanced pictures of the pool and the bunglow. So pl before booking kindly read T & C s properly n enquire each n every minute details. BEWARE before booking this

The pool is not too good but not too bad either it would be smaller than you'd expect, and it's fairly spacious if you're going with less than 10 people it's 3 bhk. The compund area isn't too big tho This villa is definitely not the one for you if plan on playing some cricket or any sport that requires a big area. The city is 3-4 kms from the villa but it'll take time to get used to the streets because it's too into the streets
