*******ZERO RATING****** Dream Holiday Resort ONE OF WORST PLACE TO VISIT IN LONAVALA Don't go by positive reviews I Urge all travelers to be cautious while booking in this resort I would recommend no one should book this resort No food available in resort If we want they order food from outside that to unhygienic We had ordered veg thali and we were served with pieces of iron pins in the rice No proper transport available,Ola Uber not allowed We had planned for 2 days but within 1 day we were so much frustrated. Uncleaned tables,plates,rooms and all was unhygienic I had never seen such a pathetic resort And on the day of checkout we were not allowed to take ola or uber and we were told to take cab from highway which was 1 km away from resort and we had walk with our luggage. Waste of money Totally Disappointed

A recommended place to visit with family. Crowd was decent. Service was good. Manager is great and helpful. Swimming pool is neat and clean.

The rooms are spacious and excellent. Location well connected . Much better than a common hotel. Ideal for families.

Stayed for 2 nights & very helpful staff and Harsh helped us with all the local travel arrangements and until we left the property to the bus stop! highly recommend this property due to the helpful nature of staff and Harsh.

If u are planning a trip to Lonavala first thing don't go by anything that the google offers u it's not a place that looks in google its worst Secondly if u plan on booking this resort don't go by the pics uploaded they don't even resemble closely Rooms are ok all the rooms are clubbed in a corner way so no privacy u keep hearing noises no Wi-Fi , u only get ur rooms cleaned up when u reach bed lines , are dirty we had asked to get new ones also there was no chef , so practically u want they order n bring for u , swimming is small no depth and kept unhygienic, games room everything is cheap n broken, no sufficient staff. Service industry in this particular place is below average , even if u wish to visit u need a geniune person who can guide u thoroughly for hiking and visit around the places ,do not visit Bushi Dam its filthy, We had planned for two days but within a days tour we decided to return back even if it costed us, if the property was good we may have stayed, the place n property both were disappointing to the core . Traveled so many places but such a disappointment was for the first time

It's near to city center, rooms were large enough, they have in-house restaurant.
