Citrus Hotel Lonavala

I had a lovely dining experience at the restaurant in Citrus Hotel Lonavala. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served with great presentation. Every dish we tried was delicious and clearly made with care. A special mention to the kitchen staff for maintaining timely service - meals were served promptly and the kitchen timings were convenient, making it easy to plan our day. The restaurant staff was also courteous and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying experience. Would definitely come back just for the food!

-5 STARS! My 1st review that I am writing while staying in the hotel itself. Citrus Hotel is pathetic x 10! Just ignore this property. Cons: 1. No enough parking. Only 4 cars can be parked outside. 2. No welcome drink. 3. Slowest people working at the reception. Check-in time is 2pm, they will give room by 3pm. 4. 2 floors property and there is no stairs to go to your room. Not recommended for senior citizens. 5. Bad odour in all rooms. 6. All bathroom are filthy, taps are shaky, leaking. 7. Broken, old AC which runs on 18deg feels but like 24deg. You would definitely need to run a fan on full speed. 8. Pillows are hard. 9. No buffet in Dinner, they have their set menu. And you need to choose items from it only - which is very, very annoying. 10. Staff is very rude, not cooperative at all. 11. Non-refundable booking. 12. No swimming pool for kids, no lawn area to walk. 13. No outdoor games area for kids, indoor games condition is also broken. Carrom, table tennis & dart game is there with missing pieces. 14. Mosquitoes everywhere - in the lawn, in the parking, in the room. While having food, we had to kill mosquitos with electric racquet. Pros: 1. Location is very close to the Main road, lonavla railway station. 2. Dining seating area is good. 3. Food and taste is just amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Citrus Hotel Lonavala with the family. It was a memorable week filled with comfort and fun. One of the highlights for us was the game room - it was a great space to relax and enjoy some quality time together.||The food throughout our stay was amazing - delicious, well-prepared, and satisfying. It was a truly pleasant stay at Citrus Lonavala, especially during the evening. Dinner at the restaurant was a highlight - the live instrumental music created a relaxing atmosphere, making the experience even more enjoyable. The service from the lady staff was excellent, warm, and attentive.||We also loved the cozy setting for watching the IPL match with a drink - a perfect way to unwind. The next morning, the breakfast was like the cherry on top - a delicious spread with great service to match.||Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Looking forward to coming back again!

Do we understand what each staff members do to keep the guests happy? We reached early and till my room was allotted I went to the restaurant and found this young kid Preeti from the staff smiling, standing and welcoming us and I thought I had reached the right place. Preeti took our breakfast order chit chatted us politely. My wife and me thanked Preeti and when we were leaving the next day we saw her smiling again. Hope the guest's too are kind to the staff members who keep these places running and thank them enough and not forget to tip them.

Our experience at Citrus Lonavala was truly relaxing and enjoyable. The spa service was excellent - very professional and rejuvenating, just what we needed during our stay.||We also received a warm and friendly welcome from the front office team, including the bellboy, which made us feel right at home. A special thanks to the ladies at the restaurant for their kind service and attention to detail - they really enhanced our dining experience.||A big thank you to the entire team for their hospitality. We'll definitely be returning!

We stayed at the hotel this weekend, and it was by far one of the best resorts that we've booked. The food was amazing, the bed was soft and the room was cozy. Beyond that the staff were what stole the show. They were extremely polite and eager to help. The interior of our room was also quite good and the citrus products were also amazing.

Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable and peaceful. The service was exceptional, and the entire staff was amazing--always polite and ready to help. A special mention to the restaurant staff, who ensured we enjoyed our meals with freshly cooked, delicious food. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures--neat, clean, and well-maintained. The only minor suggestion would be to add more indoor games. Apart from that, everything was fantastic. Highly recommend and would love to visit again!
