Aureole Mrida - A Boutique Hotel

Recently stayed here for a few nights attending a wedding. At first glance it looked promising, but as we got settled in I started to notice the shortcomings. First off every room is very dimly lit. The lack of any light made it very difficult to get ready. The single towel provided for our group was used and thrown on the bathroom shelf. Most hotels have fresh towels neatly folded per each guest checking in, but not here. No extra toilet paper rolls. Once requested the rolls provided barely have much tissue. Service to get anything done along with elevator are painstakingly slow. Almost easier to get your own supplies. No attention to cleaning details. Rooms should be neat & clean at checkin. AC did not work so we had to rely on the loud sound of fans all night. One night a bug was crawling above my bed. Another guest complained of red ants on the bed. We noticed a plate of half eaten food on the stairwell one night. The front desk was notified to please clean this up as children were playing near by not to mention it is unhygienic. The next morning the plate was moved to the next floor in the same condition. Again, lack of any attention given to cleanliness. We couldn't wait to check out of here!

The property also offers ample parking space, a swimming pool with a relaxing area, and a dedicated kids' play zone. Additionally, there's a power generator for electricity backup, ensuring a hassle-free stay. A comfortable and well-equipped place to stay!

Amazing experience from start to finish! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated. Loved the little touches they provided. Will definitely be back!

This is the best best budget friendly hotel with good amenities.I have stayed for 2 days I was great.room are clean,kettle and water was provided. Pool area and play area is very clean.The hotel staff also very polite. Only problem is the paint in some parts of room and mostly in bathroom was out the ceiling was coming out

1. Wash basin tap is leaking 2. Please provide a platform for keeping suitcase. Usually most of the hotels will have wooden or granite platform for keeping the suitcases. It is difficult to keep suitcase in cupboard and open/close the suitcase 3. Please provide a cup holder to keep brushes/ Tothpaste/ tongue cleaners in the bathroom 4. Water wastage- for every bath, we had to allow 3 buckets of water for getting hot water. Please install a portable Geyser in every bathroom which can heat water within a minute. 4. Walls are leaking - the paint got peeled off from wall and it is looking ugly. Please consider above comments and improve the room service. K. Peraiah Hyderabad Software Engineer

We stayed for one night with five people in the mixed room and had a very good stay. We visited Lonavla for a short hiking weekend and enjoyed our stay very much. The renovations that were mentioned in earlier reviews are completed and it was very peaceful. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was tasty. The staff behaved very supportive and kept our bags after our check-out so we could hike the whole day before we left in the evening. Thank you for your hospitality. We can recommend this Hotel.

It was a pleasant stay. Hospitality and service was 5star. Thanks for making our holidays better and grt. Also we has bonfire here, was arranged amazingly. Thanks the entire team.

This is in Vicinity of Narayani Dham Temple. A simple Budget Friendly Hotel to stay. Rooms are near & clean. Service is quick. Only drawback is they don't have a full fledged restaurant.
