Aron Resort

I booked a room from booking.com and the pictures shown on the website were complete different than the room given It's was very dirty, bed showers were covered with hairs, toilets were not cleaned , air conditioning was not working.we had to do shifting in the midnight because the room was very disappointing. Staff was not helpful at all, I asked for refund and they denied which was not fair. It was a disaster stay at Aron resort !!!!

We have booked 2 delux room for today dated 17th may 25. Our experience with this hotel worst. Room service is worst. Inspite of regular call and follow up. Reception person not bothered to send one person to take away lunch plates since 8 hours. No electricity back up in hotel. Overall worst experience. I will suggest everyone not to visit this hotel.

We recently stayed at Aron Resort Lonavala with friends and had a good time overall. However, there were a few disappointments. The wave pool was not working, and the water slides and park--one of the main attractions for kids--had been removed, which was quite disappointing for families traveling with children. Additionally, we found the food to be a bit expensive. On the positive side, the service was good, and the staff was very polite and helpful, which made our stay more comfortable. If the resort could restore its water attractions, it would greatly enhance the experience for families and groups looking for a fun getaway.

The hotel was excellent -- they offered us a bungalow at very reasonable rates. The kids loved the swimming pool, play area, and the food was absolutely delicious. We were almost 50 people, and there wasn't a single complaint from anyone. It's truly one of the best resorts I've ever visited in Lonavala

The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. When we asked for assistance with [specific request], it took a long time to get a response. Customer service needs a significant improvement, as it didn't feel welcoming or accommodation The room wasn't as clean as expected. This was disappointing considering the price of the stay. Some of the advertised amenities were not available or in poor condition. The pool was [dirty, closed, or too small], and the [fitness center, restaurant, etc.] was [not as described, unavailable, or disappointing]. We expected more based on the description. The food was underwhelming. We tried [name a few dishes], and none of them met expectations. The restaurant had limited options, and the quality was not what we had hoped for at a resort of this price. Given the price we paid, we expected a much better experience. The lack of attention to detail, poor service, and disappointing facilities made this stay not worth the cost. While the location and surroundings were nice, [Resort Name] did not provide the level of service or comfort expected. I hope they address these issues in the future, but I would not recommend this resort based on my experience.

The hotel lacks even the most basic amenities, starting with no WiFi, which is a major inconvenience for travelers. The receptionist was unhelpful and had poor communication skills, making the check-in experience frustrating. Upon entering the room, I realized there were no towels or toothpaste provided--I had to call and request them, which should have been a standard inclusion. The swimming pool was another major letdown; it was dirty and clearly not maintained, making it unusable. To make things worse, there was a power outage in the middle of the night that lasted for an hour, leaving guests uncomfortable and helpless. On top of all this, they falsely advertised their rooms as "Super Deluxe" when in reality, they were far from it--poorly maintained and not worth the price. Overall, my experience at Aron Hotel was nothing but frustrating. It completely failed to meet expectations, and I will never visit again. Definitely not a place I'd recommend!

We went to Aron Resort on 24th April. The service there is very bad. We booked an AC room but the AC was not working. We complained. They asked us to change the room at 12 o'clock in the night. The AC was not working either. We complained again at 1 o'clock. They told us that tomorrow you will get your money back. If we go in the morning, the manager will not come at 11 o'clock. So I will give you your money back. But then they did not give it to him. Today, it has been 3 days since that happened. It is still not like this. So, no one should go there.
