Right from the Reception . Owners Were polite in speaking, cable Network Rectified , Good Well Maintained Rooms , Service. Reasonable Price . Terrace top pool. Like Dubai. In City.

If there would be a 0 rating for this hotel i would've given that ... First thing the reception staff was too rude and we asked for pool at night just to sit and talk beside it but they strictly denied it and the way they talked was way too ridiculous they don't even know how to talk to a woman and when we reached the pool at 9am in the morning the pool was tooo dirty that we can't even put our foot into it....when we asked them for the prior time of pool @7am so they gave an excuse that cleaning karna hota hai all blahh blahh but the pool wasn't even clean and there were mosquitos and algae in it tooo gross I will never recommend this hotel to anyone....

Very testy food. Clean atmosphere. Ample parking available. Near to Lonavala railway station and ST stand.

They charge extra 12% for cancellations, staff communication is roud and harrase people, room quality is poor everywhere construction area and if any kind of restriction then they not aware you before booking , after booking they told you all .my personal experience that's please don't choose this hotel for enjoy.

Rooms are good but backed by pathetic attitude and service. It seems staff is not employed for guests but guests are allowed for the comfort of staff. |Charged for buffet breakfast but did not serve buffet. |Electricity switched off at 7am so that guests don't use AC. Penny wise pound foolish.|It seems Mr Suresh Purohit to promote neighbouring Purohit Resort is damaging Hotel Adarsh reputation by providing poor service. |Promoting no bill culture. They want all benefits from Govt but don't want to pay taxes to govt.

Rooms are clean and housekeeping service is good but the people on reception are not very welcoming. No instructions shared during check-in like how to use Wi-Fi or other facilities. Their facial expressions suggests they're not interested in any guests. Housekeeping people were nice and courteous. They just need to hire a well mannered staff for the reception. Apart from that, the rooms were nice and well maintained. A good hotel in the main market area.

*Pure Veg Restaurant* The place is just behind the bus station and also near the railway station. The place offers only vegetarian options and doesn't allow non veg parcels too and is very strict regarding this. They have a lift inside so people with much luggage don't have to worry. All the rooms have AC, wifi and a TV. They have a swimming pool up on the terrace. It also has a child area for kids and people who don't know how to swim. They have their own parking and approx 6 vehicles can fit in at one time.

A must go if you want to stay with your family... I stayed there for 4 nights and my experience was fantastic and I would recommend to all my friends and relatives to stay at Hotel Adarsh... With a very warm welcome we checked in and found Rooms are spacious, neat and clean...The staff is very courteous, polite and, on their toes, to assist you in the best manner... They have taken all required safety measures including social distancing and temperature checks... They maintain and follow social distancing in their restaurant too and ensure that the restaurant is not crowed and ensure complete adherence to COVID guidelines. The food, though limited, is awesome, very delicious, tasty and same as homemade.... They considered our special request for food ... The facilities and amenities available are very nice... Overall, one of the best experience and would surely recommend this hotel ...
