Jumbo Paradise

We had a terrible experience at this resort. Firstly, they stopped providing snacks after 9 PM, which was never mentioned to us in advance. When we raised our concerns, the owner was extremely rude and refused to listen. The staff were just as unhelpful and impolite. We paid 50,000 for a one-day stay and 25,000 for food without any bargaining, expecting premium service. Instead, we were served undercooked, tasteless vegetarian food, even though we had paid for non-vegetarian meals. When we questioned this, the staff simply blamed the owner and said they couldn't do anything about it. In the end, we had to order food from another restaurant, wasting both our money and our enjoyment. The entire villa experience was a huge letdown. Please don't be misled by the positive reviews--they seem completely fake. I strongly advise against booking this place. Save your money and go elsewhere.

All the positive reviews for this resort seem forced or completely fake. We had one of the worst experiences here. Despite spending a large amount of money, the service was terrible. They were extremely rigid and refused to give us even a 30-minute extension for checkout. To make things worse, the maid started entering our rooms and shouting, creating a very uncomfortable environment. Later, the owner even called us, asking us to remove our negative review--this further confirms our suspicion that most of the good reviews are not genuine. This place is not worth the money or the hassle. I strongly advise others to stay away.

Right from the moment we entered and till the time we checked out, the experience was surreal. Breathtaking location Very friendly staff. Excellent service. Kudos for the chef n his team for preparing very tasty dishes . And Very friendly staff who are always ready to help... This is a must visit property near Pawna Lake

We enjoyed a lot with excellent lake view location and a great service from care taker. Rooms were also spacious. We will definitely try to come for more number of days again.

We booked this resort at the last moment and it turned out to be a great decision! The roads leading to the stay are well paved though narrow. The premises has another bungalow located on a lower level. The entire area is very well landscaped and has plenty of outdoor seating areas with gazebos placed strategically for gorgeous views. It also has water access from the property gate itself and can view some amazing sunsets from there. Coming to the room, it is a 2 room cottage, one living room with kitchen area and one bedroom, two bathrooms. The rooms were super clean with plenty of chairs, sofa and the quality of everything used was premium. It's exactly as shown in the website pictures. The caretaker, Shubham, will help you to get anything you need and the nearby restaurant does delivery through him. I'd highly recommend this place for a quick and quiet weekend gateway.

Most romantic and peaceful getaway for a weekend, enjoyed every bit of it, the food they offer is yummy, clean and delivered with utmost care . lovely vibe . best place to stay when visiting pawna . Will be my go to place henceforth . perfect for couples, friend groups, family outing. special mention to the fact that the caretaker had basic medicine ready and gave me a paracetamol when asked within minutes.

This place is something beyond words it's very beautiful that one should absolutely plan for a stay without any second thought. Staff is also very polite Lush green & lavish property with a very good quality of food it's a value for money place..!! Looking for breathtaking views & serenity then this a perfect place.

A very beautiful n calm place in Lonavala. They have a huge property next to Pawana lake. Place is very calm and very beautifully maintained. Food served in the rooms with tied up restaurant is also pretty good
