Meritas Aura Resort Lonavala

We enjoyed our stay at Meritas Aura Resort a lot! The food was excellent--delicious and satisfying at every meal. But the highlight of our experience was definitely the exceptional service. The staff was always ready to help, extremely polite, and made sure we were comfortable at all times. They regularly checked in with us to ask if we needed anything, which made us feel truly cared for.||They also helped us with sightseeing bookings and arranged a cab from the resort to Mumbai at a very reasonable price, which made our travel plans smooth and stress-free.||One small suggestion: it would be great to have a mini refrigerator in the rooms, especially during the summer. It would make the stay even more convenient.||Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The kids had the best time, and we would definitely love to come back again!

I recently stayed at Meritas Aura Resort, Lonavala, and had a great experience. The property is very neat and clean, with well-maintained indoor games for kids and a swimming pool (4 ft depth for adults and 2.3 ft for kids). The ambience is pleasant, though the rooms are slightly cozy. The staff is courteous--especially the lady at the reception, who is very polite. Housekeeping service is prompt, responding within five minutes of a call. The food quality and taste are good, but they could consider increasing the portion sizes to match the pricing. Location-wise, the Lonavala main city market is about a 20-minute drive, but you'll find a few shops just 700 meters from the resort, which is convenient. Overall, it's a great place for a relaxing getaway

The room was clean and hygienic. The area is quiet and peaceful. Overall the experience was good. Something's had to be asked for like kettle for tea and coffee. The food was super delicious and tasty. Must try food o er here. Also the people at reception Mr. Sukanta, Afsana and Amit Tripathi were very kind and generous to help and greet with any needs and assistance.

Loved the food and most important well maintained swimming poor. All other amenities were also good. Great service and cleanliness. Overall loved the stay. Also we did a nearby trek at tungarli lake and had a great morning walk and enjoyed sunrise.

It was a good stay....with good food and overall a good experience. Best part was the private pool room which we booked. Quality of the room was ok...I guess they can do far better in terms of cleanliness. Rest it was a satisfying stay. Cheers!!!

The place is nice and peacefull. The staff is very polite and respectful. The rooms where big, clean with all facilities. The food was very good and services where within short time once ordered..|Neat, clean and nice experience. I would surely recommend this place to stay

Booked via MMT, but the property is worth every penny spent. I got lucky with a good deal. The menu can be more exhaustive or rotating in nature to accommodate more customers needs, but overall very gentle staff & great vacation vibes. Private plunge pools are the real deal. If you are more than 5 members, please opt for the whole row house.

Very nice staff & place, my family enjoyed it a lot ! Room amenities excellent & food is fabulous. Cleanliness is upto the mark. Car parking space is not a problem at all.|Thanks to official staff Sampa & Afsana ji ! ||A must visit place for family & dear ones.
