Very poor service. There was no toilet paper, toothpaste, toothbrush, shower cap in the bathroom. Whenever we asked for such items and food in the room it took a minimum of 30 minutes to get. Food quality was not up to the mark. rooms and food are overpriced.

The property is not up to the mark. The hotel room is in very poor condition, and the staff is quite arrogant. My experience at the resort has been extremely disappointing, especially because some of my valuable belongings went missing during my stay. I am highly dissatisfied and will not book this hotel again. I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking this hotel.

Nice conference hotel near Tungarli. Location is easily accessible. Ample parking available. We had booked a conference room for 30 of us and we're provided with a big conference room at a reasonable price. The food right from breakfast till dinner was good and tasty. Service was Excellent as the staff are polite and eager to help. Our rooms were also good. The linen could have been better. My door lock was giving trouble so expected the hotel to do proper maintenance. Except for one or 2 small things, rest was really good.

It is a very good hotel. I repeatedly reply to my friends that you should go there once and enjoy the place, go inside the wicket if you want in the rainy season. It is a wonderful property and a very good atmosphere, the service is number one.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and lovely staff ever, and my team great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was execlient. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food quality was very good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I want to specially mention Mr.Shankar because he gave excellent service to my team and how he presented his self it's really impressive.

The location is good, the food is good.. The rooms are not at all kept well. The toilets are very bad and not maintained. It's definitely not worth the price you pay.. Cleanness in the hotel is poor...
