Meritas Countryside Resort

It was great hospitality overall. Place is serene, food is excellent, staff was helpful, front desk was courteous, highly recommended . The ambience at aster, the the restaurant is great. The spread at the breakfast was explicit. The dinner was aesthetically served. Looking forward to my next trip here

Great place, friendly staff. Restaurant offers really tasty and fresh food. Breakfast options are perfect, tasty and filling. We also wanted to express our sincere gratitude for one of the female Housekeeping Attendant (apologies but unable to recollect her name) for here friendly and intuitive service. Her understanding of guest needs and offering help was great. Thank you for going above and beyond. Keep up the good work!!

The hotel and the food is good, no complaints there, only for 2 things 1. We had opted for 2 deluxe room, one of the room was in a good condition. The room was bright and airy too, but the other room was a little dark, was stinking, inspite of our check in time being 1pm, we had lunch and then asked for room keys, we were asked to wait for the room was getting ready when it was already 2pm 2. If you need a room service, you got to call them multiple times 3. The breakfast from them seemed to be unplanned, they had very limited stock on eggs and everyone had to wait for almost an hour to get the egg dished prepared.

I had a great stay at Countryside by Meritas, Lonavala. The property is peaceful and well-maintained, offering a quiet escape from the city. There's ample parking space, a clean and well-kept swimming pool, and a child-friendly environment, making it perfect for families. The food was delicious, and the service was prompt and courteous. Overall, I had a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend it for a weekend getaway!

It was okay type. Overall average the rooms were not spacious. Food was just Avg only. Lack of service staff was eminent in the restaurant services. Location was good & mornings were pleasant. Mumbai walo ke Liye it was a good place like me.

Had a terrible experience, AC not giving proper cooling, no disposal slippers, too much mosquitoes, no door mat outside or inside the bathroom to wipe ur wet feet, as becomes slippery when entering the room, when called the housekeeping they reply like please wait for 10mins our staff is busy... We are not staying for free, we pay the tariffs kindly shut down your resort if you are going to treat your customers this way. It's too annoying for a guest...keep yourself in our shoes and think how would you like it if somebody behaves with you like this...

We like the Place...., |hotels room is very good neet and clean, service is also very good. Food is also yummy......very good place to relaxing, very maintained area, definitely suggest to friends.... thanks....we were vist again.....:)

A little bit cramped up property. They cancelled one of our rooms last moment so we had to adjust 4 people and a kid in the room. Almost all the Indoor games are not maintained properly and many of the items are missing. No baby pool. The one they have there is too small. Wouldn't recommend
