Viviana Forest Villa

First of all, thank you so much for all your help and support with the booking process and food-related queries. We absolutely loved the villa, it was very spacious and exceptionally clean. My family truly enjoyed their stay. The swimming pool was also quite large, and we had a lot of fun in it. Overall, our experience was wonderful. Santosh was very helpful throughout our stay. The only issue we faced was a slight delay with the food, and we noticed that Santosh charged a delivery fee of 100-200 each time, which could have been more transparent. Aside from that, everything else was perfect. Thank you once again for hosting us. It was a truly memorable experience. The villa was superb in every way!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at Viviana Forest Villa , My experience was far from the advertised description and fell significantly short of my expectations, resulting in a very unpleasant vacation. Several issues contributed to this negative experience "The villa was advertised as having a private pool, however, it was dirty and unusable for the entire duration of our stay. We contacted the property manager, [Manager Name/Contact Method], but the issue was not resolved." "The air conditioning in the master bedroom was broken, making it unbearably hot at night. Despite repeated attempts to contact the owner/manager, this was not fixed until the day before our departure." "The kitchen was poorly equipped. Several advertised appliances, such as the oven and microwave, were not functioning. Basic cooking utensils were missing, making it difficult to prepare meals." "The property was not clean upon arrival. There was [describe the uncleanliness - e.g., hair in the bathroom, stains on the bedding, overflowing trash cans]. This was unacceptable, especially considering the current focus on hygiene."

Please please don't book this property waste of money ...had high expectations for this villa stay, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The property was poorly maintained unclean rooms, broken amenities, and an overall lack of attention to detail. The pictures online were misleading; the place looked much older and worn out in reality. The biggest issue was the service. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful. We had to wait hours for basic requests like fresh towels and toiletries. The pool was dirty, and the WiFi barely worked. For the price we paid, I expected a much better experience. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

We had an amazing stay at Viviana Forest Villa with a group of 12, and it truly exceeded our expectations! The villa is spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfectly equipped with modern amenities. The 4 large rooms, expansive living area, clean kitchen, and private outdoor spaces with swings created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the private pool, surrounded by well-manicured gardens, offering a peaceful retreat. The caretaker, Santosh, was outstanding - always proactive and attentive, ensuring our needs were met with warmth and efficiency without being intrusive. The host, Vaibhav, was also incredibly helpful, responding to all our queries before and during our stay. The villa's peaceful location, complemented by stunning forest views, made our time there unforgettable. The Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker were great additions, adding to the fun and relaxation. The food was delicious, and we had a blast celebrating and relaxing in such a beautiful setting. If you're looking for a serene, modern villa to unwind with family or friends, Viviana Forest Villa is the perfect choice. We can't wait to return!

One of the best Villa for the vacation. Location is too good, surrounded with greenary. Caretaker is kind with everyone and solves every issues.

I had high hopes for this Airbnb villa, but it turned out to be a big letdown. For the price, it was definitely not worth it. The room was just okay, but the real issue was the water pump--it made an extremely loud noise every time water was used in any room, which became very annoying. The name "Forest Villa" is misleading. There's no serene forest setting; instead, the villa is surrounded by ongoing construction. To make things worse, it's located very close to a busy railway track, making the nights noisy and far from peaceful. The only saving grace was the caretaker, Santosh, who was excellent--always helpful and willing to assist with anything we needed. Sadly, that wasn't enough to compensate for the disappointing experience overall.
