Villa San Lawrenz

Went on a weekend. Place was almost full hence the service was not so great. The bathtub was so huge but couldn't even fill hot water until the feet and had to wait for another half n hour more to fill until it even crosses my ankle. And worst part the bathtub was not cleaned at all. It had hairs and sand I had to clean it my own. Swimming pool was another dirtiest as it could be. My son got health issues being in that place. We took a deluxe room, room was very spacious but the people in the nearby room was very noisy and as it's a connected room with just a door separating it was not at all a relaxing weekend. Not to mention about the worst screens. It was not blackout like other hotels and as it's summer it was bright all the time day and night(with lights outside) couldn't even sleep. Food was another disaster. Not at all tasty. Overall I gave 3 stars only for the place which is good and location and room.

Very nice hotel. Full greenery in even hottest summer days. Very calm place in nature's lap. Beautiful dense plantation . Nice view from room balcony. You can listens various birds sounds from surrounding dense trees. Swimming pool is very nice. Lot of play in door out door for children as well as adults. Service is very polite and you get all required support there. Food quality is need to improve. Suggestions: Dont go for buffet dinners and brake fast as over prised wrt quality. So go for independent order which is very economical and value for money. Rooms are very spacious and nature garden swimming pool facing. Major cons: Please enquire and ask to confirm all room maintenance check for working ok. I got room and same day the wash room exhaust stop working and commod water getting leak from over flow passage. That cause very inconvenience. But if you ask them to check all this before check in then they will sure sort out all issues and make your stay comfortable as staff is very much polite, helpful and available all time.

Loved the vibe and environment around the resort. Really good for young kids and toddlers to enjoy in pool and garden area. Overall the stay was amazing and loved the food alot

If someone needs to just relax this place very good cozy, good support staff, clean property. But food is not tasty especially main course. Breakfast and brunch options are still good

We had a get together at the Villa from 17th to 19th Jan. It's a wonderful place. Spread over a huge area. Nice ambience. The food was yummy. Good Banquet hall. The service was superb. Humble,caring staff. Ready to help. Clean rooms. Good lawns. We enjoyed the stay.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had all amenities. The food was excellent! Great location for weddings and other ceremonies.
