Upper Deck Resort

A wonderful resort. The views are breathtaking. Rooms are good but some improvement can be done. But with such views who wants to spend time in the room. Food was also very good. Service was also good and they went out of the way to accommodate small requests. A memorable stay and would definitely like to visit again.

The resort is just average. The approach road is broken and needs serious repairs. Within the resort, the staff is good but needs to become more courteous and elucidate warmth. The guests are there to have a good time. It would be great if there are some evening activities for children and adults

The view from Upper Deck Resort is undeniably stunning -- a true highlight of the property. The rooms are spacious and come with balconies that open up to this beautiful scenery. However, the rooms themselves are oddly located a level below the ground floor, which gives a bit of a "dungeon" feel. While the property is otherwise well-maintained, the gym was disappointing -- dusty carpets and machines clearly not in use or upkeep. Wi-Fi and mobile network connectivity are major issues in the rooms, which can be frustrating if you're hoping to stay connected. The food is decent, but I wish they had included more local delicacies in the menu to enhance the regional experience. That said, the staff was warm and helpful throughout our stay, and families with kids will appreciate the well-designed play area.

A decent place to spend time with your family and friends. Do go for cottage rooms for a valley view. In the night the lawn seems to be beautiful and you can keep watching stars till the morning. The food is super expensive and limited quantities. Prepare yourself with home cooked options if possible. Rest a fabulous stay.

Beautiful location. Beautiful place. Terrible access road unless you have an SUV. There's 3 food at 5 prices. Buffets are okay but not worth it and a la carte is pretty expensive. Having your meals at another place is far better and enjoyable. Big corporates ruin the tranquil atmosphere by being loud, boisterous and often drunk. We wanted two days of peace and quiet and ended up having to deal with shouting, hooting, whistling, drunks and what not. Couldn't use the pool as it was taken over by the corporate groups. In 2 days we had to bear with 4 groups so you can imagine our ordeal. We were glad to just go back home.

Stayed one night at Upper Deck. Beautiful, well-maintained property, but tough approach road with no signboards. Lunch was disappointing, though dinner was good. Poor facilities for drivers -- no basic amenities, expensive tea, no light in fresh rooms, and cold water in chilly weather. Request management to ensure comfort and kindness for all guests and their staff.

Had visited on 22nd March, location is marvelous, in fact the best location in Lonavala. We really got refreshed. Service is overall good although need some agility and timely response, so it will become excellent. Staff behaviour are very helpful. Must visit place

Review of Upper Deck Lonavala: Disappointing Experience I had a thoroughly disappointing experience at Upper Deck Lonavala. The stay was far from what was promised or expected. The rooms were not up to the mark in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, or comfort -- a huge letdown considering the premium price charged. One of the most frustrating aspects was the complete lack of Wi-Fi, which was neither communicated in advance nor addressed during the stay. In today's time, such a basic facility being unavailable is unacceptable, especially at this price point. The cost charged for the rooms is simply unjustifiable. The overall quality of service, amenities, and room standards did not match the rate being asked. It felt like we were overcharged & should be refund for substandard facilities and a poorly maintained room & property. I would not recommend this property and will not be returning.
