The Dukes Retreat

Best service provided by Dilip, Vicky, Nitai, Lovely, Pushpa, Sonia and many more. The stay was very good but for the natural view and the climate made our stay more memorable. Politeness and humility of all staff members really touched us. Food variety and taste was good especially as it was served with a perfect human touch. We really felt it as if we were at our second home. Would love to come again and recommend our friends to visit for sure :-)

Just amazing Checked in for two days. With a neat and clean place set against the backdrop of the western ghats. The food is amazing, check in was smooth, staff is one of the best I've encountered till now. Pool was clean and gorgeous. We've already recommended it to all our friends and family. Great for couples, families, people with kids, elderly.

Stay was lovely. Nice and clean accomodation. Very helpful and kind staff. Food was delicious. Had lots of fun with different indoor activities like table tennis, pottery making by Mr. Balkrishna Kumbhare and had a lovely family sketch by Mr. Keeru. Nice swimming pool.

Amazing location and hospitality. We will book again in monsoons. Food is amazing. Rooms are clean and specious. Everything is just perfect. they have multiple activities as well which can keep you busy throughout the day. Surely recommended

Luxurious Property with classy interiors and great views. They have recently upgraded the property, with 75 rooms operational and another 50 under construction. They have a big 20 x 10 meter swimming pool for adults and a small kids pool adjacent to it. |At the top floor they have an Italian restaurant, bar and a big deck to soak in the mesmerising views of Kune waterfall and cliff. Food is expensive at the restaurants with limited options in Indian and Asian cuisines. Staff are well trained, look after the guests with utmost care and attentive. ||Note: They do not have accommodation for the chauffeurs, so you will have to arrange for their stay at nearby lodge (Rs.1500 per night).

An absolutely wonderful stay! The resort offers posh, impeccably clean rooms that are both stylish and comfortable. The food was consistently delicious with a great variety, and the service was truly exceptional -- warm, attentive, and professional throughout. Our stay was truly unforgettable, thanks to the engaging activities like pot-making with Mr. Balkrishna and Family Caricature with Mr Keeru. A special shoutout to Mr. Singer (forgot his name), whose soothing performance during Hi-Tea made our evening incredibly relaxing and enjoyable.||The rooms were impeccably maintained, offering breathtaking cliff views and a cozy sit-out area that added to our delight.
