StayVista at White Pebbles Villa | Luxury Villa with Private Pool in Lonavala

The villa is wonderful, service could definitely improve, we had to wait for coffee after our breakfast, food was ok too. They definitely tried their best, giving them benefit of doubt given we were a big bunch of 15 folks. The villa is absolute love..

We stayed here for two days and had an amazing time with friends in vista white pebbles. State of the art infrastructure and furniture had kept me excited the entire time. It's a lavish villa with a huge pool and a slide. We had a great time by the pool. They have some cool games like foosball and table tennis in the villa. They also have an amazing music system. This is a beautiful villa with many amenities. Villa has a huge open terrace with a swimming pool. Interior was very good. Neat n clean, nice decor, good food, spacious rooms. Very much thankful to vista rooms and team make our stay memorable.

Dont be fooled by the reviews they seem fake. We stayed there for 4 nights mid dec 2022 specifically for the 'heated pool'. But our stay experience was terrible. The property is quite run down and cost cutting on all maintenance activities. Having *Stay Vista* brand is not reliable in the slightest, they charge you a premium for their involvement yet dont take any responsibility to check the quality of the property, if they did then clearly their standards are very low and unprofessional. Stay vista seemed interested in getting us to pay for their overpriced cook service with materials extra, which frankly was not good at anything other than indian dishes. We ended up wasting so much food because they tasted horrible. For all the bad experience we have escalated to them, we have stopped receiving responses from Stay Vista post the checkout date. Better to book 4 or 5 star hotels at similiar charges. Atleast they will have professionals managing the property and service instead of people like Stayvista cheating the public Worst pool ever - They claim its a heated pool on the property, which is why we booked it in the first place. They charge you accordingly, but the reality is that its just a hot water pipe that goes in and barely heats up the pool. The pool filters were kept off for the first 3 days of our stay, which is a big health risk. On the last day, the hot water stopped too. There is excessive chlorine used in a pool, which made colour treated hair green. Multiple people in our family got sick for the holiday season due to this water. And its impact has stayed much longer than just 4 days of the booking. Overall, the pool is dirty and not maintained how it should be. Other issues are below 1. The showers in bathroom have no water pressure. it's just a decorative fixture. You have to use dirty buckets and mug only 2. basic amenity like a kettle is missing 3. AC did not work, and their solution was to turn it off and on, which also didn't work. 4. The caretaker wanders in and out of the villa, giving you no privacy. 5. There is construction work and noise right next door on both sides of the villa, which they didn't bother informing us. 6. The house smells of pest control spray all throughout. In spite of that, there are little cockroaches in the kitchen

Vacation Vibes modern interiors and a pool, the lawn is perfect for getting together with family ! clean and regularly sanitized . Worth the money spent on this stay. The caretaker was very much approachable and was helpful to assist whenever we required his assistance. The food served was healthy and of good quality.

Had an amazing weekend at this beautiful place, it was quite easy to locate the villa. The caretaker was extremely nice and helpful. Great job maintaining the property! Worth every penny spent. I highly recommend this place to friend and family groups.

The stay was excellent. Firstly, the location of the property is perfect. When we reached, we were very nicely welcomed by the staff and the property was very clean. It was worth the total that we had paid and I'm surely looking to visit again. A must visit with a group of friends or family to chill!

The villa is excellent! it's really beautiful and comfortable place to stay...Cook and his wife were really good and helpful they were really nice and helpful always ready with smile this is the good experience about out the stay Now let me start with the worst experience ever So the caretaker(roshan) is really pathetic very rude,dirty and manner less..... we stayed there for 3 days and nobody came to clean the villa he didn't even clean the dustbins Not even kitchen dustbin ... its was smelling like anything.... he was refusing to give swimming towels bedsheets for extra beds WsoNot interested in doing any kind of work He took 45 mins to set three extra bed.. and top of that he was doing arguments in each and every topic .... acts like the owner of the house Its not any cheap villa we payed almost 2lakh of rupees with food hygiene should be maintained especially in this covid situations They don't even wear masks... his family were also roaming around without mask which was disgusting and scary (Pls note the villa and cook is excellent ) THE ONLY PROBLEM IS (ROSHAN)the care taker who thinks he is the of the house.

Lovely living room given the double heighten glass facade, Lovely home theatre for watching movie / match, well done interiors and furniture, swimming pool with a slide, spacious, privacy. However, there is no view.
