Radisson Resort & Spa Lonavala

We visited the Radisson at Lonavala, with our kids, and had a fantastic time. The service, the facilities, the location, the courtesy displayed by the staff, and the amenities were all very warm and convenient. Right from the immaculate room housekeeping, the warm reception, the fantastic service at their restaurant "Hirakani", all were exactly what you would expect at a hotel of this caliber. Ayush took really good care of us at the restaurant on multiple occasions. So did Mampi, Amit , Mrudula and others from service . Sunil was very nice with the kids at the recreation centre, and did arts and crafts sessions. We found here a home away from home, and an always cheerful presence of staff to greet us and help us.||Thank you!

The stay at Radisson Lonavala was a really fantastic experience. The staff at check-in Altamash and atul were polite and courteous. The Property is really good with a blend of natural and modern setting.|There were lots of activities - special mention to Chef Bibek for the cooking activity and Rajeev for the mixology session, both were wonderful experiences. |The staff at recreation center Mayur, Sunil and Pooja always went out of the way to ensure that both the kids and the adults had a wonderful time. The tattoo artist Kailash made the day of the kids with his super artistic tattoos. Chef manjeet at the restaurant along with his team provided sumptuous breakfast and dinner and Lipu in particular looked after us as family. Special mention to pranjal in housekeeping for always being available with a very sweet smile. All in all a memorable stay.

Stay was fabulous. All staffs were very supportive and helpful. Specially Abhishek, Mridula, Lipu & Dipen. They have taken care of me and my family very well. Food was very good and tasty. Cleaning was excellent. Overall stay was fabulous.|My special thanks to Mr. Faisal Nafees, GM of the hospital whose caring nature was imagining.

This was my second time staying here, and once again, it was a truly pleasant experience. The staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of from the moment I arrived to the time I checked out. A big shoutout to Mansi, Ritika, Riddhi, and Disha at the reception for their warm hospitality and for always being so helpful. Mampi and Ayush from the restaurant staff made every meal even more enjoyable with their excellent service. Thank you to Hitesh from housekeeping for keeping everything so comfortable and tidy. Ravi and Shishank were also incredibly helpful during my departure, making sure everything went smoothly. And a special shoutout to Mary, who I got to sing karaoke with, her company was extremely fun and added such a lively touch to my stay. I really appreciate the attention to detail and kindness from each and every one of them. Looking forward to my next visit already!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! From the warm welcome at the front desk to the attentive service from the reception, housekeeping, restaurant, and spa staff everyone made us feel special. The ambiance of the resort is beautiful and peaceful, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. The spa was incredibly relaxing, with professional staff who ensured complete comfort. We loved the wide range of activities, including cooking classes, mixology, the mashaal ceremony, karaoke, cinema night, treks, and cycling each one thoughtfully planned and so much fun! A special thanks to the team for the sweet birthday surprise. The complimentary cake was such a thoughtful touch and made the day extra special. At checkout, we were even given a sweet treat to take home, ending our trip on the perfect note. It was the perfect escape from the city peaceful and refreshing. Very disappointing and rude behaviour from staff. They urged us to write a review just few hours after check in, and after we gave a good review, they completely spoilt our experience. It was very shocking that a popular property like this is managed so badly. The staff here is quite bad at communication among themselves and also with guests. I booked two rooms for two nights and after the first day, they forced us to change rooms. We were not willing to change rooms as my mom was unwell and had slipped in the room and hurt her knee. When they kept pressuring us to move by saying that the building would be facing power cut as part of some construction work, we asked them to check us out after one night stay. However, then they told us that check out won't be possible as it was beyond 4pm. With my mom being hurt and constant calls from hotel to move the room forcibly, my dad was very stressed. We kept getting several calls from the staff from 1pm when they initially asked us to shift the room. Each time they would come with different stories and say they want to check with the manager of we can check out but they wouldn't get back until 4pm to ultimately tell us that check out can't happen after 4pm. Because of the lack of clarity and confusion from their end, we were stressed and couldn't do the afternoon activities which we were looking forward to. One goes for a holiday to relax and enjoy with family, not for being pestered by uninformed staff and being forced to move rooms in the middle of the stay while one's parents are unwell after getting hurt after suffering from a fall. They tried to manage the situation by giving us an upgrade, however the next morning we got their calls to vacate the room early or we might be charged for half day for using the room. Even after knowing that my parents weren't well and the whole fiasco and confusion that they created, they still couldn't be least understanding to give us little more time to check out from the room. The only relief, if at all, was the fact that they arranged a wheelchair for my mother. First review which they asked us to post just few hours after check in. The activities mentioned like glass painting and cooking session were one's we were looking forward to but couldn't do because of the mismanagement by the staff. The resort is very nice to come with famiy and have a good time. It has many activities like karaoke, glass painting, cooking session, etc. which is amazing so that one can try various things and enjoy the stay.

Nice service by Mridula. Good house keeping and food. We were here for 2 days and it was great. I like the menu, variety, ambience and overall conduct of the staff. There is a mosquito issue in the room..if that's fixed its a top notch place to relax.

Lipu was really helpful and great as a staff. Everyone is really sweet and nice , made our day. It was my mom's bday and they helped me make it special for her. Really thankful for the staff for arranging the cake at the end moment. Really loved the stay and experience.
