Palacio Premium Villa Lonavala

This is an amazing property and has a wonderful host-Sachin. I had a last minute cancellation from some other property and Mr. SACHIN was kind enough to accommodate us for a 2 night stay to host my bday bash at the villa. The caretakers are very hospitable and respect privacy. I highly recommend trying this property out. Top stand outs for us- Super clean property, has almost everything we can imagine in a luxury property, some of the bedrooms have a bathtub, all rooms have a TV with tata sky, some really fun board games, a Bluetooth music system, Great non veg food cooked in home style by caretaker Sonu. All in all this was a life saver and my birthday saver personally. Huge thank you once again Mr. Sachin

Amazing Villa property, Must visit if you are looking good staycation , Value for money. There are available lots of fun games and very Huge swimming pool. Overall we had so much Fun.

It's an amazing villa located near the lake very peaceful surrounding with a huge garden and a pool inside for kids .

We had a party of our aunty so we had booked this property. But it was a real disappointment. 1. The 5 star rating was missing 2. We had paid a Gud amt for this property but we're very disappointed. 3. The After the booking , the Owner started behaving very very rude to us. 4. The centralised A/C was not working at all it was getting tripped all the time when we complained, the owner started arguing and shouting spooling the whole party mood. 5. the A/C from 2 other bedrooms were also leaking. 6. There were no mats kept out of the bath tubs the shower , the floors were getting wet all the time when we used the bathroom. 7. The swimming pool was not clean and too much chlorinated , my son got skin infection on his whole body. 8. Only Good thing was the other staff was cooperative 8. Think before u book this place

Been to this property a couple of time.. It is really well maintained , rooms are clean and hygienic , location is superb, pool was properly taken care of. Overall a good experience. Good for family weekend getaway.
