Hotel Royal Park Khandala Lonavala

I went with my family for a holiday at Royal park and we all enjoyed it here a lot. Staff were very cooperative and supporteive including the manager and the owner. It's a good place to visit and enjoy with friends and family.

Service is really poor. Rooms are not clean. Hotel need to upgrade their customer service. Service staff is very polite even after having a shortfall in staff count.

what you see is what you get is not always true, so he very careful if you are booking this place , breakfast is awful and so are the resto staffs, have added the pics of breakfast served, we paid more 6500++ per night for this horrible place

My recent stay was average. The rooms were decent, not extraordinary but comfortable enough. The hotel's location, however, is fantastic, conveniently situated near various attractions. Room service was a highlight, prompt and accommodating. Additionally, the availability of parking was a convenience. Overall, it's a decent choice for a stay, especially if you value a prime location and good room service.

Very very third class hotel.. Services are very dirty in cafeteria also.. All the staff's was very aggresive in that hotel.. Please kindly request to you, think twice before you enter that premises with your family. I am very disapponted with this property..

Overall I enjoyed my stay. No major issues. If your needs are average, this will do just fine. Things to note- I booked a delux ac room via goibibo but the ac wasn't a split ac, it was window ac so cooling wasn't as efficient but it got the job done. I didn't ask them to change it with a room that has split AC since i was too tired but that's definitely an option you can check out. A small garden in front of reception with 3-4 seats available. You can sit & spend a nice evening if you'd like. There's a pool but I didn't use it so you'll have to chek it out by yourself. Very close to beginning area of lonavla & its right on the main road.
