I had a truly wonderful experience at Fariyas Resort, Lonavala. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff was warm, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery all around and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway.||The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all modern amenities. The view from the balcony added a special charm to our mornings. Management is very good. Help desk Miss pooja is very sweet patiently handle us. Food was good. Room servic was good. All staff was humble and sweet supportin. Floor carpet don't gibe good vibe when we enter in. Entrance ambiance is good but doesn't match with carpet.

We visited this place as a group of three families, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff ensured all our needs were taken care of, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. The rooms were excellent--clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, and the tea served at night was a real saviour! We had a great time at the indoor pool and water park, and the massage was incredibly relaxing. Overall, based on our experience, I would highly recommend this property.

Fariyas Resort and Hotel is undoubtedly one of the finest places to stay in Lonavala. Although it's an older property, it still maintains its charm and offers a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The resort features excellent amenities such as a swimming pool, water park, table soccer, and table tennis, making it a great place for families and friends. The food is tasty, with a good variety of cuisines to choose from. Some in-room facilities were initially missing, which was surprising for a hotel of this standard, but the staff arranged them promptly upon request. Overall, it's a luxurious, slightly costly, yet value-for-money stay.

Went there with family. This resort is very beautiful and lot more activities for kids. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable.Staff are kind and cooperative. Food was tasty in the restaurant. Omkar was very helpful and friendly with kids. |Water park activities are available in the resort premises.

Excellent experience in our 2 night stay at Fariyas. Fariyas has a very high standard set on guest experience with wide range of items in Breakfast and Dinner Buffets. Pool and water activities are the main attraction. my family loved every moment in the water. Room service was superlative. Our housekeeping staff Yukti was the best service we have ever had at a resort. She was quick to respond to all our needs. Overall great experience and highly recommend stay at Fariyas.

The stay at Fariyas was pleasant. Although Booking.com / Agoda somehow canceled last minute Mr Vivek from Front Desk made sure we got the SAME ROOM within minutes even at tge last minute to save our vacation. He was cal and pleasant and helpful. The propert is decent, room /suite was really good. The Waterpark was low on water however they managed to kerp the pool running with water. Overall nice experience- Family Kids friendly. Food was good (foid cost could be reduced and options in Ala carte could be increased. Please dont keep temperature low). The live Music and singing was fantastic.

I took this hotel for my wife's birthday . And the kid and wife had a good time in swimming pool as it was heated swimming pool. Noteworthy. Carry swim costume that really looks like traditional swimming costume as the staff here can't understand the new age costumes. Although there is a shop inside the hotel where you can purchase the same if u wish to. The Food that you order in room is a bit Questionable. As I specifically order pasta with no bell peppers (allergy) but they don't care for attention to details.
