Had visited this villa in Feb 21 and now again in Aug 21. The villa is lavish with neat and clean rooms, big dining area, bigger sitting hall with multiple balconies for an amazing view. Pool is maintained well and super clean with a small artificial water fall area. Booking with Mr Amar Nikam was seamless, caretaker Mr Vijay Kadam and helper Ashish were super helpful and accomodating. Special mention to Mohan Kaka who cooked mind blowing homely food both veg and non veg. Overall a great place to spend time with family and friends with utmost safety and precautions. Thanks

Hidden Gem - Must to go. We group of 10 (family & friends) stayed for 2N. It's unforgettable experience. Big, well maintained villa with spacious rooms, dedicated dining area, very clean swimming pool, own tample and perfect land scaping. The approach is good with ample parking. The caretakers - Mohankaka & Mausi - very courteous, smiling and every helpful. The food is the best part of stay. Pure homely delicious varities all along stay. The swimming pool is very well maintained and operational. We had the best time spent. Special mention of Mr. Amar (spicy mango) who managed booking and entire coordination was very professional and smooth. Overall, must to consider for pleasant and memorable stay.

We had a 2 nights stay here during monsoon. We were 10 of us with my very large German shepherd. I was looking for a pet friendly villa. Amongst the many options we explored, I found his one best suited for our needs. I've stayed here for the first time and this is my unbiased review. Space - Very large living room space with great sitting arrangement and a huge dining area. Space is more than enough for 10of us along with my pet. Yes the place is pet friendly. 2 out of 4 large bedrooms which was more than enough for accomodating large family. Pool & Garden area - we spent maximum time here and it also has a big space for play area. TT. Table etc..We partied there till 4 with loud music and no one to bother you. Food - The cook here will put any Micheline star chef to shame when it comes to homely food. He is staying on the banglow since last 20 years and I've never eaten such delicious food on vacation. We were looking forward to every meal and he kept surprising us with such good taste with every different recipe. Don't bother getting mineral water. The available drinking water is purified. Parking - Go park your truck there. It's big enough. Local staff & management - Staff here is extremely cooperative, ready to fulfil all your needs. In terms of booking, I was dealing with Amar from spicy mango and he ensured that we were well taken care of. All additional requests were fulfilled on time without any lapses or delays. No overcharges for additional services. For example we preferred mineral water over local water. And we were charged cost to cost with no additional premium or service charge. Finally the Aesthetics - The place has a very positive vibe. Amenities are well maintained and I was surprised to see dehumidifier in every room. Largely you have 4 zones where you can spend time so, you won't feel bored in the property. In my experience, if you are looking for a perfect gateway, then it can't get better than this. We had a perfect trip with 0 complains, and I can't wait to go back again.

Recently last week with my family I stayed at Manumita villa for 4 days. It was an awesome amazing experience. The villa is maintained with high level of cleanliness, bed sheets fresh, towels well washed. The caretaker Mr Vijay Kadam, master cook Mr Mohan and Susheel maushi truly took care of us. They are very humble and polite. Food cooked by Mr Mohan is the highlight of the stay. I strongly recommend this place for a good vacation to stay and enjoy.

Amazing villa and fantastic view from the villa i will give 10 star.. Rooms are very neat n clean. Staff is very cooperative.. Food - Veg or Non veg superb.. Worth what they charge..

Awesome place. Can accommodate 20 people easily. Awesome staff with tasty food be it breakfast lunch & dinner. We stayed for 2 nights, worth every penny. Thank you Kiran from Spicy Mango Team for this beautiful place.

Had been here for a birthday party, my experience was just soo amazing, couldn't explain the good time I spent here for a day. Right from the food to the stay, everything was soo perfect that I had 0 complaints at the end of my trip and had only some good memories to cherish. Definitely looking forward to visit here once again ;)

This property is not less than 7 star rating hotel stay experience. Very good food prepared by Cool Mohan. Great property.
