I recently had a good experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional food and service. The culinary offerings were impressive, with delicious dishes catering to various tastes. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. We had an amazing stay at Discover Resorts, Khandala. The food was excellent, the ambience was serene, and the service was top-notch. We stayed at Discover Resort Khandala for two days, and overall, it was a great experience. The resort is conveniently located near the highway, making it very easy to reach with ample of car parking space. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful, especially Uzair, who went out of his way to meet our needs efficiently. The food quality was excellent, with a variety of options catering to both kids and adults. The resort also organized several activities during the evening, which added to the overall experience. I particularly enjoyed the live music band, which was a highlight of our stay. As for the rooms, I would rate them four out of five stars. While they were comfortable, I had expected better maintenance, particularly in the washrooms. The swimming pool was a great addition, offering a refreshing way to relax and unwind. It was well-maintained, and a nice spot to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Discover Resort Khandala for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

I recently visited Discover Khandala and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The condition of the property was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the bathroom had cockroaches, which is entirely unacceptable for any hospitality establishment. Despite booking a room with a bathtub, we were not provided with one. Only after raising our concerns did the staff attempt to offer us the promised room, but even then, they mentioned that the air conditioning was not functioning, with no clear timeline for when it would be fixed. This raised serious concerns about the maintenance standards at the resort, especially considering its size. Additionally, while the food was decent, it did not compensate for the poor experience overall. In comparison to Discover Karjat, which was much better, Discover Khandala was a significant letdown. I hope this feedback helps your team improve the quality of service and maintenance at the property.

Discover resort Khandala is a lovely place that gives you both comfort and the beauty of nature. The big terrace and the beautiful sunrise view every morning made my stay very special. From the time I arrived, the hosts were so kind and welcoming--they made me feel like family. The food was really tasty and felt just like delicious meals. You could tell it was made with a lot of love. The peaceful surroundings, cozy rooms, and small thoughtful touches made everything feel relaxing. Specially live entertainment with salman khan was full on entertaining & 2 Big swimming pools were amazing neat and clean

We had a wonderful team engagement event during our stay at Discover Resorts, Khandala. The property is well-maintained and equipped with all the facilities to meet the group's needs. Uzair, our point of contact, ensured we were well taken care of. The quality of the rooms and food was excellent. The evening activities were a lot of fun and provided ample opportunities for our team members to dance and enjoy themselves. Overall, it was a great visit, and I highly recommend Discover Resorts for anyone planning a corporate outing.

It was an amazing stay with my daughter. She loved the place especially the food and hospitality. She already planned to come back with family for vacation in May. Even me I like the food, the hospitality and service. I stayed for 2 nights here. So 1st night there was a buffet. Next day because it was a weekday so few guests and no buffet. But they made sure the breakfast lunch dinner that we can choose to order from had multiple varieties with great options and good quantity. The pool could have been better as I found too small and not much deep. Infact it was just till waist. So it was a little disappointing as my daughter loves swimming and pool but she couldn't enjoy in it.
