Dinosaur Resort

The Property Location was good but there is a lack of Services provided from resort team. 1.Starting from baggage not lifted. 2.No one is available at Reception every time 3. Need to call multiple times on multiple mobile numbers every time for each thing. No intercom facility inside the room. 4. Property is big but not maintained by the owner 5. Breakfast is not on time. (Varry every time ,) 6. Food quality is poor. 7. A water pool is available but only for a single big cottage and not for other's 8. The staff doesn't understand the language. 9. Light /current issue all the time no light back-up found 10. Water bottles not given by staff we have to ask for the same as they will provide. 11. Fans are not available in the canteen area while having lunch or breakfast in that area also no music nor games available. These are our few observations. we will not recommend this place to anyone for visit as we found waste of money. Thank you

Excellent service, food was awesome . Staff is good.location and room is also good.there is activities like a horror house, selfie museum is also good.mirror maze is fine. Best for children and family also. Room view is good . Experience is good for me

I have had the worst experience in this property.I wouldn't suggest anyone for this place .I had late night check in as I do night shift and is available for travelling near by pune places ,Staff is extremely rude ,didn't evn give us plate and bowl to have our dinner at night Moreover no one receives the call on time .I was with my husband at entry gate for more than one hour calling staff to open the gate ,but none responded till n hour or more ,The lady named Shruti who did our booking evn didn't pick up the call knowing we had late check in. In Morning also there was no electricity for 3 hours ,no one bothered to receive the call,When called shruti to check for it ,she asked to call the reception, like there is no responsibility for the guest that are staying in your property and paying for it. Overall very bad experience.This is one of my worst experience of being staying in a cozy place during my work off

O really good experience to stay there for a relaxing weekend with kids. Feed options may be limited (and no swiggy delivery) but you can drive 15-20mins for good options. Breakfast was limited options but tasty. Staff service was good but basic, nearby village people but does a great job. Our kids enjoyed the theme park activities and garden and the calm stay around nature.

This was a perfect antidote to the city. Conveniently situated near the highway but completely isolated and very peaceful with the opportunity to explore both the wonderful 'lost world' of the dinosaur park and visit the nearby beautiful lakes and hill fort. The food is excellent and the people are lovely. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Very bad service room ac not working there is no staff to attend food given In menu is not available. Very poor service strongly not recommended on reception there is no one we have to search for the staff in resort.

Worst resort. No service at all. Checkin time is 1 pm. We reached there but they even two hours to handover the room. Saying, your room is getting ready. But after seeing, the room is full of dust. No towels, no shampoo nothing. Geyser always trips within ten minutes. So no hot water even. The wash basin is dirty. Waste material all over the resort. Worst maintenance.
