Awesome hotel esp interior....cooperative staff and awesome food....limited no. of rooms and hence quality of service quite high..Everything about the property gets a thumbs up . The staff are ever willing to make your stay comfortable and memorable. As a solo woman traveller , I was made to feel safe. Nothing was a tall ask for the Rohit and his team. Be it getting desserts from the local shop at night or a bottle of hair oil . Everything was accommodated .The room, the service, the food, the washroom. The facility left no stone unturned in making the stay memorable.

I have booked the rooms seeing photos on the site, but the toilet was not clean. I have seen cockroaches in the toilet, the doors of the toilet shown the signs of wear and tear. My room was not having a place to keep the clothes. The site said that it has a restaurant,but it was closed. My car driver was amused why we chose this hotel. They took almost an hour to bring the breakfast, heater was started very late, resulted in reaching late to Ambajogai, where we wanted to go. He said that the hotel will shut down any time. Not recommended at all.

Pathetic , Rooms were clean , toilet wasn't, flush wasn't working, We booked two rooms , a suite and AC room, Suite room's TV was working, but AC room tv wasn't working, both rooms electric switches were not working, total waste of money, we asked for blanket , the blanket was very dirty, they said there will be hot water but there was not,Overall A Very Bad experience, suggesting you to not Book a room here , Not Worthy at all

Hotel is located on ausa road latur and not crowded. average clean and feeling not fresh, AC and non AC rooms available. rooms are ok but not excellence. there is no wheelchair accessible staff behaviour is friendly, lift is available for going to multiple floor, some new changes necessary

Dirty bedsheets. Dirty Toilet. No hot water. |Wonder how even they claim to be 3 stars and even write international in them. |These owners need to visit international hotels atleast once to see what is cleanliness and customer care. |Shameful that this continues in India. |I won't recommend this hotel to anyone if you expect international quality and care.

The ambience is good here. They have some decent rooms, depending upon what you book. The food taste is okay here, but that's not a problem if you're here just to book a room. They have a bar too with a decent ambience.

Third class hotel. They posted hotel pictures which is 6 years back; today's reality is different i.e. pathetic rooms Ferniture was bad in condition; not usefull, continues unpleasant smell *Find some other hotel*
