Hotel Shantai International

Soo bad rooms no cleaness very bad quality international is only for the name not at all maintain room lift were not clean big insects in the bathroom beds not cleaned so dust on chair, beds,tv, windows service is ok and so bad smell. My opinion to this is renovation of this hotel is very important and facilities needed things in the room they can keep etc.

Rooms were good but the service for food was worse Kindly carry food or something otherwise the place is good

Visited today for a query, no one was on "SHANTAI RECEPTION." I waited for a while, One unprofessional person came not even took efforts to attend. after few seconds, he was speaking with a customer. may be he rejected his proposal and customer left. I thought twice and put my steps back and went in Anjani. My suggestion is that At least keep those staff who handle customers. but issue is no one cares.... proper treatment is so far away...

The hotel is situated on the road leading to Ambejogai. It's a central business area. All sorts of facilities are available on a yard stick distance. The hotel has it's own veg and non veg restaurant. The quality of food served is ok. When we checked-in the rooms were not properly cleaned and the toiletries were missing. We had booked the rooms on phone. While checking-out, it was noticed that we were charged much more than the actual on spot booking rent. I suggest that all the above facts should be given a thought before booking.

Its a very budget friendly Hotel. Location is very convinient

3rd class hotel, staff has ego issues.

It was amazing to stay for us at Shantai International Hotel, Good hotel easy booking process made me so happy and relaxed, it was amazing location of the hotel peaceful surrounding of the hotel made our stay very calm and relaxing, lovely out view, great building infrastructure, interior of the hotel was so good designed ultramodern wall painting, nice as well as attractive flooring made us so excited to stay. Loved rooms facilities and atmosphere great decoration of the room with lovely flowers bed was so relaxing it was truly relaxing, clean toilets, specious room and good view outside the window it was really exciting and cool to stay we had good experienced staff service too. very beautiful stay.

We booked this hotel basically for transit stay and some rest. We arrived from mumbai early morning, checked in, completed our morning chores and left for Ambejogai darshan. We returned in the evening, took some rest and checked out at night for our return journey to Mumbai. |Check in was smooth and quick even though it was quite early in the morning. The rooms were basic and decent but considering the price was good for the day. Even though it was peak season considering a long weekend due to 26 Jan holidays rooms were available as booked and as per tariff, no overcharging. The staff was courteous and helpful both during telephonic booking and at the hotel. They also arranged a car for us for our onward journey. We had our breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The service was good and food taste was very nice, full marks to the hotel on that front.
