Manager Mr Shashikant is good but support staff are not. I got a good service but cleaning staffs have a habit of stealing small items. Plus, drunk/hourly couple people often occupy the rooms and disturb guests

Hotel staff is unprofessional, we have handed over the key to staff during check out then later on after one week suddenly staff is claiming that tv of the room is not working, even we dnt switched on the hotel room tv They are very unprofessional and unethical

Worst service even not giving washable towels and bedsheets, it was dirty not working tv when call for room service they take time to come more than 1hr , Bathroom toilet not cleaning properly so many things not good. Don't book room go for other better hotel for money worthy Very bad service, staff is very is bad, not responding timely.. can not serve properly manner.. also not good safe in kitchen irrespective. Every customers asking for waiters but no response.... my experience was very very bad about BAR section. I asked moongdal with green chill they provided me old green chill and safe said he has no time for fry all.. this my personal experience, it's like big hotel in Latur but nothing like that. small can be very very better... I have told mangers as well but no response yet.... i was very happy to change my mood but it's totally lost become of join this evening with hotel... I am very uncomfortable..... my ratting is less than big zero...I asked light on but no response... very bad experience....

Rooms are neat & clean. Big thumbs up for my 2 days stay. Near to bus stand so location is prime. Keep it up .

Room is good and clean but staff behaviour is rude specially when you stay single.

Our first day in latur, my colleague recommend this hotel.. We opted for road facing deluxe room (big mistake).|Latur is a polluted small city which isn't able to cope with the amount of infra development in small place leading to polluted air.||The very same room which was welcome with cool breeze.. We had to shut all doors n windows in afternoon as the noise n pollution from nearby ST Bus stand which had all the diesel bus arriving n leaving every few minutes. Emitting the highest amount of carbons & add to it the rockel (ghaslet) operated autos yes you heard it right rockel operated autos will ensure you get sick if you stay for few more days.|Also one major disappointment was it had english toilet but no faucet tap or no zen facility. Imagine washing on a english basin.!!!||By evening we had firmly made up mind to quit n look for a calmer decent place away from this madness.||The management was friendly though
