Hotel O Akash Lodge

Yesterday, we visited Latur for my nephew's event. We had booked a room at Akash Lodging through OYO, but when we arrived at 2 AM, the staff claimed they had no record of our reservation and that all rooms were booked. They offered to find us a room in a 3-star hotel for an extra 500. Upon reaching the 3-star hotel, we discovered the bed was dirty, the bed linen was missing, and the toilet was unclean. Despite paying 1500 to OYO and an additional 1700 for the room, we had no choice but to stay for just three hours before leaving for the event at 5:45 AM. This was an extremely disappointing experience.

Such an pathetic service booked from oyo for this property and they denied check in and send me to a different property paid for 2 rooms and got 1 room even threaten us do what you want go and complaint were you want to complaint laturkar are fraud

Very very bad behavior in my life I booked hotel 29 august, after I reached manager take more money 400 form me then say rooms full I give another 4 star hotel and shows very dirty hotel, bed was very dirty and public washroom better than hotel washroom, no ac no wifi no cleaning

I booked 2 rooms for my family. And when my family came in hotel they said "rooms not available we are giving you another room in another hotel" and they charged extra for it. Really hotel's service not good

This hotel not giving you good service. They will give you only the reasons not rooms

They are doing too argument with customer. They dont know how to talk with customer. The only lawyers can stay here bcz they know how to argue with them

Staff behaviour very bad specially manager. Room very bad condition

Don't book very bad service and dirty rooms
